This hotel is a terrible nightmare! No wifi! Be careful when booking it. The owner is an Indian couple, very cold and rude. the thing that I can not bear most is they charged me extra money to clean the room after I checked out and left without noticing me. when I called to them, they refuse to refund.Then for what I paid room fee? It was a very unpleasant experience! very disappointed in Super 8. I will continue to make complaint!

很干净的一家小旅馆，环境很安静，就是空调噪音大。

到各景點都很快速, 附近drug store步行即可前往。晚上很安靜，利於休息。早餐空間狹窄，內容簡單。

The room was smaller than I had expected. The carpet was dirty and the heater was noisy. The breakfast area has got only one table and the space is very small and uncomfortable. The staff was not friendly.

The property was great and we got exactly what was advertised.

The staff was helpful and so nice. My room was clean. In front of the property is a Denny’s for a quick breakfast. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the wharf and 15 to Cannery Row. I recommend this place!

I enjoyed this place because it was convenient to myself and family. I was able to get breakfast right across the street and when I needed pain meds CVS pharmacy was next door. Front lobby employees very friendly and I will recommend to my family and friends to stay here while visiting beautiful Monterey

Just a quick overnight stay. But very convenient, clean and quiet

I reserved the Super 8 near downtown Monterey across from the mall, so I could walk to restaurants and that property is on a quieter road. Unfortunately, I was put at the Super 8 on Freemont, where it is very loud and not very safe. Abandoned lots next door. I was told I could check in at 12pm. for an early check-in but couldn't until 230pm. The bed was clean but the floors were very dirty. My feet were black from walking on them. The TV had limited channels and was too small to even see from the bed. Noise all night from the street, planes and the walls being too thin. You get what you pay for, but it's not worth $130. if you can't sleep or relax. Would not stay again.

Rooms are Very neat and clean. And manger was very cooperative.

It’s at a great location, close to many good spots.

nice and clean rooms. parking is very narrow you can not open the car doors comfortably if parked, you will need to back up to let your passenger get access.

room was good, clean and service was good. Parking if your driving a truck hard. Lot not really made for Dually Truck

Enjoyed my stay, customer service was great, and it was a quiet place! I would definitely return.
