I didnt like that i was charged an additional 100 deposit for an extended stay and is taking forever to get it back..no other hotel does this for a pet fee when it did not state this when booking

The bathtub was so stained with soap scum. The mattress was covered in stains. The staff could have cared less and were unhelpful when we asked for a refund and holds on funds to be returned. While I understand a wait time for electronic refunds we left with no confidence that we would get our money back. We asked for a receipt to prove we checked out and the desk clerk refused.

I reluctantly stayed at this hotel (twice this year) because it is the ONLY place less than 30 mins from my parent's home. The interior, lobby & rooms, are actually fairly decently decorated but the exterior is disturbingly covered in cobwebs. The window in my room did not appear to be closed, albeit locked, which led to me killing 9 spiders during my 3-night stay. Nothing a good power wash couldn't fix. It is definitely a "quick nap" location as there is nothing around for entertainment. For food, you have a grocery store, Pizza Hut & McD's. The front desk staff was amazing and accommodating. They assisted me with printing some documents and were able to answer some questions about services I needed.

It is old and needs serious updating. it should be re-built. The location is good since it is only one in area. Knock it down and build a really nice lodging...Bathrooms are terrible....

No elevator wife has a hard time getting up stairs

Bathroom sink drain plug was missing. Bathtub and toilet bowl were stained. Mattresses were hard with thin surface padding. Breakfast food was limited to granola bars and fruit cocktail cups, with limited seating in the small lobby. Rooms and interior spaces need more thorough cleaning and renovation. We would not stay here again.

I am handicapped. After checking in, I had to use stairs to get to our room. No elevator. For the price of the room ($252) there could have been many more amenities: nicer bath room, walk in shower with grab bars, a comfortable chair or two, complementary breakfast, lounge.

No breakfast! It was listed as serving breakfast but all we got was a granola bar.

It was advertised as having breakfast included, there were only granola bars.

For the price it was okay, nothing fancy.

Well it said free breakfast granola bars and fruit cups are not breakfast the staff was great
