Super 8 by Wyndham St. Ignace

Great view of the Mackinac bridge from our balcony!

Toilet was temperamental, worked fine with #1, but #2 wouldn't go all the way down & leave the paper floating up to the point of almost overflowing. Thankfully it never did!!! Finally, the next morning it would complete an almost proper flush? After it again was about to overflow, it all went down. The phone didn't have a dial tone & couldn't hear when the front desk supposedly answered? We had 4-15" square pillows on the king-size bed. The in-room jacuzzi had only 4 jets.

Always an easy clean stay at the St Ignace Super 8. Will be back!

Great

Noisy air conditioner came on every 15 min. But bed was comfortable and we slept ok. We went to McDonalds for breakfast because it was across the street. Clean room but not completely updated. Good hotel for upper peninsula area.

Wasn't a shabby place at night you get a great view of the bridge. Pretty much had the pool to ourselves.

We got a room with a view of the bridge. It had a little outside deck with 2 chairs that we could sit in. The view was breathtaking both day and night. The room was old and could use a facelift.

This hotel was beautiful and clean and super sweet staff. It was awesome has laundry options views of the lake if you want to choose those rooms I highly recommend it .

The property was very clean. We liked our room and the breakfast area. The pool was perfect!

We had a small incident with something and the woman at the counter could not have been more gracious at helping assist us. Great service.

Property needs renovations

The location was close to everything we needed.

We've stayed here 4 years ago and it was average. Now it is below average. The carpet, bedding and pillows in the room need a major upgrade. We we're told the rooms are assigned on a lottery basis 😯; we traveled with friends and we're not able to get our rooms together. The desk staff we're ok.

Beds alittle uncomfortable but we had a nice stay. Breakfast lacking options and dining area too small.

It was for one night, so it worked for us. Nothing special.

Unfriendly staff Had to ask for soap & towels Did not service our room. Coffee machine not working Ice machine in hallway broken leaking water all over the floor.

Spent one night at the Super 8 in St. Ignace and have to say it was the best Super 8 we have ever stayed at. We got a suite with a king bed on the third floor and it had a balcony that looked out on the Mackinac Bridge. Beautiful view!! It was clean and the lighting was good and the staff was super cordial, both checking in and checking out. A good experience overall!

Bed was comfortable, room was clean despite being an old building. Toilet very low and difficult to get on/off for those of us who are tall. Continental breakfast is not diabetic friendly - cereal, toast, English muffins, bagels, waffles, and high-sugar content yogurt. No real protein anywhere. I wasn't able to eat anything.
