It was actually the employee that was the selling point. Can’t remember her name but she was probably second shift and had an American name. I can’t remember what it was I’m sorry but it was the woman who checked us in.

I cannot remember the woman’s name, but I think it was Sharon… Or, I am so sorry. She went out of her way to help and if you could find out who she is, and I guess it would be the second shift probably? Checked in a client, last name Calvert.

When we checked in lady was not friendly didnt get the room i booked, wasnt told just got put in a different room... in the room chair was wet feeling and had a huge stain bed sheets also stained up and the A/C kept stoping....

Will not be back to the hotel, the outside environment had me scared for my safety. The shower knob was jimmy rigged together and the door to the room had been repair from what looks like some kicked the door in. Had a patched hole in the wall. I secured the door with a big chair.

It was dirty both bed sheets and blankets had stains ,along with the walls . The wall were never cleaned the toilet is never scrubbed and the heater didnt work during a snow storm
