The bed is comfortable.

The shuttle service was a joke! They failed to inform us that there are two different busses that take you to their sister property’s as well. We hopped on the last bus of the night thinking we were going to go back to the hotel but when the bus went to a different location instead, we asked the bus driver if she was going to take us to the other location and her response was “no, you got on the wrong bus” She literally left us stranded at a different property. I do not like to take Ubers just from a terrible experience in the past which is why I booked with a resort that offers shuttle services to begin with. I was forced to pay for my own uber to get back to the correct resort and felt very unsafe doing so. It would have been nice if at check in, they EXPLAINED the different bus routes and to make sure we got on the correct bus number to get back to the property. Or if the bus driver confirmed with the passengers where they were heading to before leaving the pickup location. Horrible communication from the property as a whole. After that incident, the remainder of our stay the only employee that verified with his passengers where he was taking them before leaving the location was a gentleman named Al. I wish all the employees were as informative as him. A simple gesture could have saved us from getting on the wrong bus the night before.

Our stay was good! Very easy check in/out. Parking was easy and property seemed safe. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not so much. The room was very roomy. The only thing that was a downside to the whole stay was the toilet paper. Its so rough that I had to go to the store to buy something different. Otherwise it was a good place to stay off the strip and will definitely book a room here again!

Advertisement false by Expedia. We were at a resort with 2 little paddle pools!! Rooms were not serviced as one would expect. Passage aisles not vacuumed and no dining facilities. Reception staff poor and the maintenance man was extremely rude. Daily resort fee had an added tax as well. Very, very disappointed as we flew 24 hours to reach this destination.

Such a great budget friendly option off the strip. The free shuttle was a nice bonus! My bed was pretty uncomfortable, but I know my friends didn’t have the same issue. So probably just my room. I would stay here again. Very friendly staff and very clean grounds. Outside the hotel is a little sketchy but not too bad.

The rooms were nice. They were a little dated, but well kept up. The pool and Jacuzzi were one of our favorite amenities.

Two Properties with very similar names, booked the wrong one. Had very uncomfortable sleep. You could feel the springs on the mattress.
