La ubicacion esta bien, pero no contaba con una toalla extra, los productos de higiene eran limitados

Necesita dar mayor mantenimiento a sus habitaciones

Was a good stay. Room was not 100% clean. The mattress was too hard to sleep on it. Not enough hand towels and no wash towels.

The rooms are BIG. There's actually room to set up a table and have people over, it's crazy. It was very comfortable for setting up a mini-work space for remote work. Gas station, restaurant, and movie theater within walking distance. Right off the freeway. Receptionist was a young, pretty Desi girl, probably the only one in the whole RGV. Just wish there were more restaurants nearby.

Dirty towels and beds staffs no body went to clean room at next day. I never will come back there again We had bad experience my family and me there.

Habitaciones, es un poco deterioradas

My boyfriend and I stayed in the honeymoon suite and loved the heart shaped tub. The only downside was it was very slippery and no safe way of entering or exiting.

Our room had a jacuzzi that we could only use once during our stay. It leaked throughout the room. Puddles of water on a very slippery floor. We had to use the only two towels they provided to dry the floor. We informed the housekeeper and front desk with no solution at all. We had to go ask for our towels because they forgot to bring to us. At the time we told them again and didn’t act like they cared. They didn’t offer any solution. We won’t be staying there again!!!!!

La alberca estaba muy sucia

Mal desde el inicio Al llegar me exigieron 4 dólares de un recargo que no supieron justificar, no me mostraron de qué era ese cargo y el de recepción al cuestionarlo del por qué fue, se comportó despota, grosero y molesto La habitación apestaba demasiado a cigarro exageradamente Tenía cucarachas, el seguro de la puerta estaba roto y por la mañana al quererme bañar la regadera no servía No vuelvo a ese lugar

Muy mala atención del personal, excepto la de limpieza, ella muy amable. La alberca súper sucia ni pudimos meternos, pregunté si había café y el de recepción en tono burlón dijo que no. Poco estacionamiento, las habitaciones todo roto los muebles, y además me cobraron 8 dólares aparte por un impuesto que no decía. No lo recomiendo para nada

If you book with expidia or online be ready to pay an extra 4 dollars for what ever fee they wanna add and it needs to be paid. Hotel is falling apart which is scary cause u don’t know if ur gonna get the blame for it and then there gonna wanna charge u for it.

Missing smoke detector, dirty sheets and bed frame, tub drain had a moldy growth, no safety latch on the doors, pool was cloudy and covered with leaves and debris.

Es bueno y limpio nosotros nada mas nos quedamos una noche pero muy bien

Everything was good. Comfortable room and clean.
