This is the best hotel in Providence if you want stylish elegance and excellent service. It’s a small property but that makes it intimate and more personal. The Ciapriani restaurant is also outstanding. Close walking to RISD, Brown and all the sights of Providence. Recommend highly!

The young lady at the “desk” welcoming us was incredible.

The front desk and valet staff provided excellent service. Housekeeping staff were friendly and did an amazing job!

The room and bed were comfortable. The front desk and valet were helpful and pleasant. The rooftop bartender made excellent drinks.

Bed and sheets were amazing. Loved the heated toilet seat and shower & that all amenities were provided and plentiful… shampoo lotion. Nespresso machine and water was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant, Bellini. One of the best meals and service we’ve had. The staff was very friendly. Grazie!

Great!

Excellent location, and warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging staff. Great valet parking service. Two well-stocked, classy cocktail bars.

The hotel was fantastic. The lack of breakfast makes it a 4* rather than 5*. Whilst the hotel does partner with a cafe in the same building - it is more of a breakfast to go for office workers kind of place. The only other thing that let the hotel down was that we asked for a late check out (as it was going to be a long day for us as we weren’t flying back to London until 8pm with our baby). We were told that this couldn’t be guaranteed the day before, but that it was “looking very promising” and we would receive a text the following morning. We didn't receive a text, and when we followed up, the “late check out” offered was only 1 hour later than the usual check out - so pretty disappointing (particularly after the money we’d paid for a relatively long stay, valet parking and food and drinks at the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant).

I have stayed here multiple times now! The staff and everyone are always very accommodating. Such a nice change from the standard chain hotel experience such as Marriot and Hilton. They do an incredibly nice job when it comes to the boutique hotel experience.

Very good service. Beautiful property. Wish they had an onsight breakfast restaurant.

Very nice but maybe not worth the price. Beds were incredibly hard so be sure you’re into that.
