选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。 酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。 预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。 特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。 酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。 总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful. Your Restaurant wasn't open for Breakfast but we got a great breakfast across the street, so no worries there. The area is very visitor-friendly in general. We were very close to the concert venue ( Allianz Amph) where we saw Neil Young last night.

Nice hotel, well maintained. Decorating is a bit dated but it was comfortable. Only complaint is that there was no refrigerator to keep our drinks and leftover meals cold.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beginning to undergo updates/upgrades, which is understandable. I feel like a few extra things would’ve changed this to a 5 star. For example, the room was beginning to show its age with repair needs, etc. However, I loved the comfort of the room and the view was great. Absolutely loved the outside terrace, but it did have a huge window that didn’t have a blind, so not completely private-I would address that. Also, I feel like each room should have a refrigerator and microwave. Other than those few things, it was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Doorman is lovely. Front desk is excellent. Bed is very comfortable. Room is just right.

I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board.

Hotel is continuing to go through ongoing renovations that impede a better review. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

Parking was a hassle. There are limited food options around the hotel. But the hotel was very nice, the room spacious, and the staff helpful.
