Great and quiet place to live in! Very close to various fashion stores nearby. Excellent!

We came on a 5 day trip to NY and chose the Broome because of location and good reviews. It turned out that location is indeed amazing (right in the center of SoHo) but the hotel was a big miss versus expectations. we were given a room with a very small window facing a courtyard , on the 2nd floor. We had no light at all in the room. The carpets were dirty, in the room and corridor, which for a hotel of this price is simply not acceptable. The bed sheets were not changed during the whole stay, despite our ask to have them changed). Finally, in the pictures the hotel features a lovely courtyard, with flowers and a private bar. Nothing of that actually was available, given the hotel was renovating. That is fine, but not when you pay $4k for 5 nights stay. It’s simply not worth the money.

Very convenient and quiet place to stay. Good beds. Alternate breakfast option was great. Coffee in room or better option downstairs would be appreciated.

Very small. But quiet, well appointed with many great restaurants in the area. Loved the little breakfast spot around the corner.

Nothing like the photos online. Smelled like cigarette smoke. We did not like the location. Would not recommend.

This boutique hotel was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway in SoHo. The beautiful courtyard is stunning- we didn't get to eat in the cafe due to renovations but we were given breakfast vouchers to eat at Citizen which did not disappoint. Would highly recommended and hope to return soon to enjoy this exquisite hotel in the warm weather!

This was my second stay at the Broome. The rooms are very stylish, and mostly quiet. I had a torn bedsheet on my bed, which seemed odd, and not up to the standards of the place. Breakfast was much better on one morning than the other, which was also a bit odd. Otherwise, a great stay. Very convenient for Soho shopping and other delights of NYC.

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful, and it was nice that they left us some snacks and a welcome. The hotel was very cute and clean. The rooms are small, but the queen room was totally functional and roomy enough for two people. Would have been nice to have a small mini fridge. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus, and location was perfect. Could hear music until 10 pm when the wine bar is open, but after that it was perfectly quiet - couldn’t hear any street noise. Lovely hotel and would absolutely stay there again.
