Even though I lived in New York, my entire life I believe this is the first time I stayed in a hotel in Manhattan. It was a nice and modern hotel and I was very pleased.

First we arrived.. gave us room key went up in very slow elevators . Our room was dirty had to go back dwn get another room.. was small dead bugs on sheets.. kept to myself my daughter would have flipped.. front desk was friendly though

I loved the decor, beautifully done and loved the indoor greenery as well in the lobby and cafe.

Would definitely plan my next trip with them!

Great place, very close to 911 memorial and museum. Subway also very close.

Conveniently located to the 9/11 memorial, walking distance to battery park, and short walk to subways

Subtle hint of mold smell in the bathroom but everything was nice and clean and the AC worked really well. I love the public lounge and balcony on the 6th floor especially for remote digital nomad work.

When we arrived early, they were very accommodating and we were able to get us into a lower floor room so we did not have to store our luggage in the lobby area. We lowered our AC to 72, so it would be comfortable when we returned. After an afternoon of fun in New York City, we came back and found our room had increased to 82°. I went downstairs and explained the AC was not working properly. They confirmed that the AC has a motion sensor on it and it only works when there is motion in the room. I was explaining to them that I was concerned about our sleep and that we would not be moving in the room to allow the AC to continue to work and they replied that it would not be a problem as this is they have “never had a complaint about their AC“. Unfortunately, the AC only works when there is several minutes of activity in the room as it has a motion sensor on it. I woke up at 1:30 in the morning with the interior of the room at 82°. It is a terrible system that they choose to have trying to save a few pennies when we’re paying several hundred dollars a night. Clearly, they only care about their bottom line and not the quality of the stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from Times Square. This was my second stay, and while the rooms are extremely small, it’s somewhat expected given the area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There were visible stains and streaks on the mirror, scuff marks in the toilet, and hair on the linens. The hallways also felt dark and a bit gloomy. On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was accommodating—but that was the only real highlight of the stay.

The staff was amazing and we had a great view. Super clean and quite.

Great stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit.

I enjoyed the distance from the hustle and bustle of areas like Time Square, but with easy access to those areas if chosen. The staff were very professional and friendly, the facilities were great. I did feel the A/C system was a bit noisy.

Wenn man über ein paar ganz kleine Mängel, wie die sehr laute Klimaanlage oder das etwas wenige Licht hinwegsehen kann, dann ist dieses Hotel genau das Richtige. Tolle Lage, tolles Personal, tolle Einrichtung!

Die Lage war super. Man konnte zu Fuß sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war sehr lecker

I enjoyed my business stay. The hotel was modern looking, clean, and staff was friendly. Plus it was walking distance to 9/11 memorial and One World Trade Center.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but all is clean, convenient, and friendly
