The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。

地點很好，方便。酒店房夠大

交通方便，房間不會太小，附近有大型商場。

地理位置佳，附近有大型購物中心，樓下有地鐵。房間舒過。唯一美中不足的是，最後一天在房間咖啡機上看到小蟑螂，有點受到驚嚇。

Was a nice hotel clean friendly staff and overall a good stay room was spacious

I chose this hotel for the fantastic rooftop pool. The location was great, right by the T. Comfortable and clean.

The Colonnade Hotel checked off all the boxes with amenities, location, and comparable cost. We were so thankful for the rooftop pool on the hot days we visited Boston and the food available poolside! The room was spacious and comfortable. We plan to stay at the Colonnade for future visits!

Was a great stay staff was on top

Everything would be excellent except for the bathroom in the king bedded room. There is no grab bar to assist getting in and out of the tub- shower. It was quite slippery. This is a tragic accident waiting to happen.

Great location, easy access to anywhere in the city via subway or bus. Great view from the room

O hotel tem uma localização absurdamente privilegiada, exatamente em frente à Galeria Prudential, com uma estação de metrô na porta do hotel, linha verde. O quarto é grande e confortável. Há uma sala com café e snacks disponíveis para os hóspedes. O café da manhã é muito bom. Recomendo!

Though the price point is high (as in all of Boston), we loved the room and the rooftop pool! Absolutely a gorgeous property!

The dining and bar staff were absolutely lovely, and the dining area, bar, and pool made the whole stay extra enjoyable. Getting around was a breeze—whether calling a car or just walking. My room was super comfy, and the rubber duckie was the cutest surprise!

I’ll start by saying the property was in a great location. Our first issue was with parking. We arrive to the parking garage attached to the hotel and received a ticket to bring to a kiosk to pay 25$ for an hour of parking. When we checked in we were told we didn’t need to pay the 25, and that it was included with our stay. We entered our room. Our pillows and beds had stains, and our room was very warm. Given it was a hot day, it still was well over 70 degrees in our room. Getting ready as two woman was extremely difficult due to poor lighting and outlet placement. Our mini fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep our food safe to eat. We were given false information about whether or not we can access the pool after checking out. Thankfully the manager gave us late check out so we could enjoy the pool (which was beautiful). As we exit the parking garage it then tells us that we have to pay 70 dollar. I went back inside, as this made no sense based off of what the woman at the front desk had told us. They didn’t say much as I explained the situation. After a smug smirk from two of three people behind the desk I left very bothered. Mind you this room was over 400$ for one night. Not worth it whatsoever and I feel ripped off.
