We had a great time. The view over Elliott Bay was fantastic. The staff was incredible - especially after my grandson left his passport behind. We had it back in days. Very kind and enjoyable.

Not much available (in the shops) in the way of food or drinks in the hotel lobby. The onsite restaurant is okay but not the best. Our fish dishes were pretty dry but the tuba tartare was perfect! Picture is from the shop in the lobby. The Beatles stayed here way back when!

Hotel location is amazing, but entrance needs renovation.
I was charged $99 extra for no reason , and staff told me it is an obligatory charge.
One of the attendant yelled at me when a tour van came to pick me up because van should not be there , even I have seen taxi and tour vans around entrance all the time .
67 restaurant has a delicious food , and it is right on the water .
Location was good to walk in downtown and space needle as well as walking on the shore next to the park without needing taxi .

Property and room was great. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t order room service one morning because they were understaffed and it took two calls to get a requested cleaning. But other then that the trip was great, the room was great, the views were spectacular, and the restaurant was world class.
