Broken curtain! NO MICROWAVE! No mini refrigerator! Old carpet.

Checked in after a long drive and wanted to take a nap before meeting up with family for dinner. Could not rest due to construction noises and cleaning staff loud talking in hallway. When went down for meet with family spoke with the desk clerk about these problems. He informed us that they were doing construction on the 3rd floor but 4th floor was available. My question was why did they book us on 3rd floor if 4th did not have construction going on?

Very nice non-chain hotel.

When we checked in our first room did not have AC and it was 79 degrees in the room. The door also would not lock. The staff moved us to a different room.

The food wasn’t to great and water pressure was really bad.

The wi-fi password was nowhere to be found. Called down to lobby. was put on hold so long, I gave up. An oddity about the room, the master light had to be on to turn other lights on. This did not work for going to the bathroom in the night and wanting to turn only the bathroom light on after closing the door, so I wouldn't wake my spouse up. I understand that our rooms were recently renovated and everything else about the rooms were great. Spacious, up to date, comfortable. And we loved the little reading lights attached to the headboard.

They had loud construction going on my entire stay so I didn't get to completely relax. Beauty hotel though

Great experience!!! My flight was cancelled and needed a room for the night. There were not many rooms available at the time and I lucked out. I would stay here again

Great location, quality and value.

Pool was closed. Restaurant closed. So the things we were looking for simply weren’t here and there was no mention of it at booking. The front desk said the restaurant was closed due to limited occupancy in the hotel. Not a good stay.

Amazing costumer service. They offered us an upgraded room after they heard about our issue with the other hotel overbooking rooms. I will definitely be going back

Horrible. Under complete renovations. Was not told prior. Workers and dust and machinery everywhere. No restaurant, pool, bar.

Although it was under construction we were not really affected by it. Only one person working at night so we had to wait quite a while for some extras to be brought to us. Otherwise beds were comfy and good water pressure is all I need!

The room was great! The hotel advertised on website that hotel was being renovated and lobby and restaurant/bar were moved temporarily. However they did not mention that the pool was closed. I traveled with my son who went to a wedding on Saturday. I was there with no car and planned a pool day for Friday and Saturday- I would not have booked this hotel if the pool being closed was disclosed on website.

Very nice modern furnished hotel, but did have some wear and the remodeling is getting it back to where they wish to be it looks. It was a great value, not noisy and comfortable. I will be back and in a nice area to feel safe.
