Loved the hotel felt like home

Great location, friendly staff. Great price. Bed very “solid”. Aircon sounded like a freight train. Looked into office space so had to keep the blinds closed. Housekeeping was excellent very clean room. Free breakfast but no cream for coffee?!?

Very disappointed in the small rooms which had an unpleasant odor. Also don’t see why I was charged additional fees after the reservation was taken care of prior to my arrival.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour ! Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant ! L’hôtel est très bien situé au sein du Financial District, il y a plusieurs accès au métro à moins de 5 min à pied et l’hôtel n’est pas loin à pied du Brooklyn Bridge et du World Trade Center. Le petit déjeuner est simple et je trouve qu’il manque des options salés.

Great location to basically everything, quick walk to bowling green subway station that takes you everywhere. There’s bars, restaurants and so much more near by. Only thing is be ready for a small room, which honestly I didn’t mind because we only slept and showered there.

Great customer service-very nice and clean

Just , no parcking. They need to pay for parcking, it’s not right. When someone pay a hotel expansive, and no parcking free.

The FiDi hotel is a really great addition to the Stone Street offerings. The hotel is sparkling clean, easy to get around and pays a lot of great attention to the guest experience. The bed was super comfy. The nightly wine and cheese was an especially nice touch, encouraging guests to mingle (and the wine was great quality, too). Special thanks to Angelica and Zakiyah at the front desk for taking great care of us and making sure our stay was special. We'll definitely be back.
