Air conditioner was very loud and didn’t really work, bed was uncomfortable but the fresh sheets, pillows and blankets were nice. The alarm was set for 5 am and we did not set it. Not a great way to wake up. In all not bad but not great. Front lady was super nice

Hotel had no ac working in the lobby or Halls. Then ac in the room didn’t even cool the room down after two hours of being there.

Love this hotel for our yearly weekend trip to oceanside

Extremely warm/hot in the hotel itself, hallways and other accessible areas. Rooms AC worked well but still took a while to cool down the room upon first entry.

Stayed at this hotel on a weekend that was very hot. When we walked into the lobby, it was not air conditioned, and there was no air circulating. It was very warm and uncomfortable. Same for the elevator and the hallway. We had a room with a king sized bed, and there were 3 tiny pillows on it. Everything else about the room and the hotel was great! The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a kitchenette, and air conditioning. Staff and service was excellent!

I did not like the the plastic around the mattress. It caused overheating and noise while I tried to sleep.

Great location and staff is very nice. Property could use some work. We booked a king room with kitchenette. The room was decent but the stove and microwave didn’t work. There was a smaller microwave on a table that we could use but really would have liked to use the stove. Also the direct tv only worked periodically. Very kind receptionist came up to see if she could fix it since Maintance never showed up, sadly she couldn’t. She said basically they need a new box. I regret booking the room with kitchen, but my return to a standard room.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish it was longer. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. If we come back to Oceanside we're definitely staying there again.

There were water stains all over the bathroom floor and stains on the bed sheets this place was kind of gross

Room was visibly unclean, with a large bug smacked on the wall above the kitchen area. From comfort to overall feeling of the hotel, this was not worth the money.

Bed comfort is awesome has everything you need microwave mini fridge and even a full size sink if you need to wash anything washer and dryer etc on every floor tv has alot of channels too when your just trying to kick back , everything was perfect for my stay with my family

This hotel has a good location … walkable to downtown and all the cool food venues and Thursday market. The service was just ehh - the rooms and grounds were just ehh … nothing bad but nothing great! It’s a clean place to lay your head! Looks fairly new with a great location!

Just beware if you drive a low profile vehicle such as a Toyota Corolla you’re gonna bottom them out every time you enter or exit the property no matter how you try to take it. If you can live with that the rest of the place more than acceptable well worth the price

Liked the property but I didn't like the $200 deposit fee. The clerk said it was stated on my booking doc. I didn't see it?

Clean, close to the beach. Small rooms but didn’t need a lot of space.
