飯店人員的服務態度超好的，又很有禮貌！ 飯店環境乾凈也安靜，完全不吵雜.

不要看該酒店吸引人照片，与事實不符🈴️，入住三晚第一晚馬桶不通，等到隔天早上10点才有維修人員來，住了3⃣️晚沒人打扫房間，每天早上去櫃檯要求清理房間，因為同行者月事來，弄髒了床单，但櫃枱人员總是愛理不理。房內咖啡炉、小冰箱也未提供。每日收$28元地下停車费但未安裝自動进出门，任何外人可进出極不安全。建物老舊房內空調聲音太吵雜，影響睡眠⋯⋯3⃣️晚房费加停車、娛樂設施费超过$600 性價比不高⋯⋯

The hotel itself was cool, like a modernized motor inn. Free pinball! A good bar. Comfy outdoor space. Nice amenities. However, the rooms are ready for renovation. The carpet was stained pretty badly, and the bathroom tile too. The tub/shower is really outdated. But yeah I'd stay again for the free pinball.

I always look forward to a trip to Portland because it means a stay here. Great central location, attentive staff, comfortable rooms.

The rooms were far from the sparkling rooms pictured. Arrived and turned on the tap - rust in the water for the first minute. Yellowed bathtub floor. Fresh sheets? Found a red-brown stain on the duvet underside. Asked for new sheets - even the new clean sheets had a hole in the duvet. Complimentary breakfast is misleading advertising. No fresh food - stale bagels, Costco muffins, cereal & milk, and boiled eggs. Could at least get a waffle maker… Good things - service was nice & responsive when we asked for reclean, sheets, etc. The common area has events like dancing & smores, keeping things lively. There’s many games and activities that can be checked out at the front desk which is entertaining. But the actual amenities felt 2-star unfortunately

Good location

Great hotel. Very clean, location is good. Our room was right next to elevator and we didn't hear it at all. I loved the games in the lobby and the courtyard.

Cons: 1. Dog friendly hotel with carpet instead of vinyl flooring. I got severely bitten by fleas in the first room and had to transfer to another room. Both rooms had stained carpets and smelled like dog. 2. Parking lot is very small and there isn't enough turning radius to park in some of the spots along the walls. There are a lot of large pillars and several spots are reserved for monthly parking tenants. A lot of the outdoor level spots are blocked off with cones. If you have a large truck or if you arrive on a weekend evening, good luck finding parking. 3. Continental breakfast is pretty bad. There were some bagels and cereal, coffee/tea, Dannon yogurt, and cold boiled eggs. 4. You get 2 free water bottles that are supposed to be in the room fridge, but they were not there. There are two $8 bottles on the desk. Don't mistake those for the 2 free water bottles. There is no water bottle filling station. 5. The air conditioner sounds like a turbo jet engine. It woke us up continuously throughout the night. My husband said it should be called "Hotel Zucks" instead of "Hotel Zags". Pros: 1. Windows open so I could dry some clothes and get some fresh air in the stinky room. 2. Staff were friendly and helpful. 3. Lobby area with arcade games was nice for families, but we didn't use those amenities. 4. I like that instead of a small, underequipped gym, they give out day passes to the 24 hr. Fitness 1 block away. We also used the opportunity to refill our water bottles.

Fantástico lugar en el downtown de Portland. Lugar muy acogedor. Me encantan que tengan una gran cantidad de juegos para usar de forma gratuita y su servicio de préstamo de cosas muy útiles como bicis, cámaras o un streaming stick. También la cafetería muy buena

S’more’s and unlimited games at night, brilliant! No fuss continental breakfast was new and free pinball was a blast. Our first room was unfortunately smoked in, they moved us no problem. We walked to the Saturday Market, dinner at the Duck House and brunch at Mother’s Bistro both were excellent. Another fun getaway to Portland

Bath tub was not clean and the shower was not working well. Over priced for the breakfast and facilities and neatness of the rooms.

The staff was all top notch. Parking was secure and so convenient. Expedia deal got me parking for 1/2 price. Nightly s’mores, free equipment rentals for any outdoor sport you could think of.

As part of your stay, you can rent a roku, bikes, skateboards, etc. Free of charge

Staff were excellent. Rooms are small.

The room and bed were very comfortable our only issue was the cycling oh the AC which woke us up throughout the night. Not being used to this noise made it difficult for us to get a solid night’s sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located and has a lot of different activities for guests. The room was a bit louder than anticipated. Had I realized how close/loud the max line was I would have packed ear plugs.

Great outdoor space. Disappointing continental breakfast. All disposable plates, utensils and cups.

It was social and fun vibe
