I recently stayed at 1252 and had an overall pleasant experience until check-out. Unfortunately, the female receptionist rudely informed me that I would be charged a late fee for being less than 30 minutes past the check-out time. The manner in which this was communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. As a frequent traveler, I understand the importance of adhering to policies, but I also expect courteous and respectful service. This encounter left a negative impression and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future. Please also be reminded there are few rooms required to walk down by stairs. We were only informed while checking in.

Beds were not queen size as advertised

I've stayed here several times before while working in the area - This time I'm slapped with a parking fee out of nowhere. The person at the desk made a point to say 20 times, "BECAUSE YOU USED A #rd PARTY TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM". They advertised with Expedia, but when you use it, you get punished! The next day, we left continuing north, to SF. I stopped to put gas and eat, at which point I noticed I had left my jacket on top of the bed. I purposely took it out of my luggage to have my jacket handy. I called this hotel, and they said no, absolutely no jacket. Total joke - Never again!

A bit run down but clean. Ok for short stay

There is a $10 parking fee per day if you don’t book directly through the hotels website. Before I reserved it clearly states free parking.

My favorite part about this place was all the beautiful varieties of gorgeous flowers everywhere. The staff was great. The rooms were very clean and the pool was heated. Perfect location, right across the street from the shopping mall with lots of restaurants.

We stayed 1 night. Room needed some maintenance. Shower rod was ready to fall down. Room needed better cleaning esp inside or under the pull out couch. Noises from what seemed like room next door constantly opening and closing the door which seemed to get stuck so they had to slam it. EVERYTIME….and it was like at least a dozen times. Plus a truck backing in at 545 am beeping.

I will definitely be returning next year!

Loved the location and staff - very friendly. I would describe the motel as quaint. We wanted to swim but didn't like that the pool was next to the road and felt too exposed. Lovely landscaping. Would return.

Pretty OK. Had to pay extra for parking, and parking places are very narrow. I had to park pretty far from my room.

Property charges per vehicle of 10.00 to park on their premises. Very basic room and small. If a good sleep is what your looking for this is not the place to stay at. Mattress is very outdated need an upgrade.

Our stay at the Inn was very nice and quiet. Love the parking lot right next to our room. Rooms were very clean and roomy to walk around in. Check- in Workers very very nice and friendly. The gym on site could use air conditioners!!!

Nogle anmeldelser skriver at værelserne var små. Jeg kan kun sige, at så har man ikke boet på et budget hotel i Paris, Frankrig. Værelserne var fine. Rengøringen var fin. Morgenmad var ikke med, men det hotellet havde var også kedeligt.

The property was very attractive. Personnel were efficient and gracious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

The room was very small. They had a full-size bed and not a queen size. The furniture inside the room was very old for the price that I paid for that. It was too much. I stayed in a nicer hotel on my trip and paid far less.

Room needed some deep cleaning prior to arrival. They were responsive though with a not running toilet. Great location to stay between Mont and Carmel.
