The Innkeeper, Carmen, is very personable and really relates with the guests and their needs. A very nice and quiet place with understated class.

The inn is located perfectly for access to everything in Kennebunkport while maintaining enough space to be peaceful when its time for bed. We stayed in room 8 in July, and the room was small (as clearly stated in the listing) but big enough for us to move around and in fact we found it pretty comfortable.
Carmen was very pleasant from start to finish, and even called in the chef early for breakfast when she found out a few groups were departing early. This was greatly appreciated by not only us but the other guests.
Not sure if or when we'll be back in Maine, but this will be the first place I look to make a reservation if we are.

There was not one thing we did not like about this Inn. Diane has very skillfully thought of everything you could possibly need to make you feel as if you are truly at home! Our entire stay was very comfortable, relaxing, and the breakfasts were outstanding. We cannot wait to return!
