This hotel is wonderful. Except for some signal issues with the tv, very happy with everything. Great location!

We had a very disappointing stay. Upon check-in, we found hair on the bed, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. When we raised concerns, the manager, Kevin, was dismissive and rude rather than accommodating. On top of that, basic amenities like water were not provided unless we paid an additional “residence fee,” which supposedly covers Wi-Fi, gym access, and two bottles of water daily. This policy feels unreasonable and deceptive. Overall, the experience fell far below 5-star standards, and I would not recommend this hotel.

El hotel The Knickerbocker es el mejor para hospedarse en Nueva York en la zona de Midtown ya que está muy bien ubicado, justo enfrente de Times Square, en la esquina está la entrada al Subway de 42 St y Broadway que conecta a todos los puntos de la ciudad. Se puede caminar por esa zona ya que está lleno de restaurantes y tiendas. Los cuartos son amplios y cuentan con todos los amenities necesarios para pasar los mejores dias en Nueva York. Sin duda, es de los mejores hoteles para hospedarse en la ciudad de.NY.

Great room Times Square a little tired but hotel great.

This hotel is located at the perfect spot if you want to be close to Times Square! The room was underwhelming with tattered accent pillows, window shades, and stained carpeting. The turn down service was very nice, but the hotel seemed pretty run down.

The staff, the hotel, the location all fantastic. Very close to several transport options. We will definitely chose this hotel again.

Such a cute boutique hotel - pleasantly surprised!

The rooms are tiny. Basically the bed takes up the entire room. No desk, so impossible to work. Views are equally terrible (looking at a brick wall). My window blind didn't work so the room was dark all day. The shower leaked and water got all over. Would not recommend.

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang war freundlich, allerdings mussten wir unser Gepäck selbst ins Zimmer bringen, was etwas schade war. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage und haben uns auf einen tollen Ausblick gefreut. Leider war die Realität enttäuschend, da wir nur gegen eine Wand geschaut haben. Ein Zimmerwechsel war leider nicht möglich. Das Zimmer selbst war jedoch groß genug für drei Erwachsene, das Badezimmer großzügig, modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Nähe des Times Square ist perfekt und die Concierge haben uns alle Fragen kompetent beantwortet. Ihre Tipps waren durchweg hilfreich. Wir haben auch im hauseigenen Steakhouse gegessen – zwar teuer, aber von der Qualität her absolut top. Fazit: Ein modernes Hotel mit toller Lage, freundlichem Service und sehr guter Ausstattung. Abstriche gibt es für den enttäuschenden Ausblick und den fehlenden Gepäckservice.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, sehr sauber. Eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine.

Excellent hotel with two major weaknesses: (1) virtually no lobby; (2) exceptionally bad elevators

Our room felt luxurious, especially the bathroom. The shower was amazing, great water pressure. The customer service was perfect. The restaurant was expensive, but the lobster bisque was delicious. The hotel is in the theater district and it was easy to walk to see Hamilton. Times Square was super close, also! I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, and great central location. Only downside was that there was loud music in the mornings.
