What a beautifully modernized building! They kept the architectural integrity of this gorgeous building in downtown Boston, and updated it with modern features, and a beautiful rooftop area! Some concerns on the rooms as they are very narrow and practically zero closet room. There was no space to put our suitcases or hang our clothes - tiny closet we had was full with the three hotel supplied robes.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was luxurious clean and comfortable.

My experience was amazing

Great staff, great location. Clean. Avoided in-house dining and drinking for the most part. Too pricey. Flimsy in-room coffee maker. But free passable coffee drinks available using lobby coffee maker. Lot of options. Machine is removed before noon. Lot of good dining options nearby. Many walkable and kid friendly. Recommend Lily’s, Broadside, Tradesman. Must check out The Sail Loft for their KILLER lobster roll. Do not miss.

Very friendly helpful staff and a great location. We had an amazing stay the concierge David couldn't have been more helpful taking time to help us book the best tickets to a Red Socks game.

Elegant and luxurious hotel at the heart of Boston. It is very well maintained. We got a free upgrade of the room. Service was excellent. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

Amazing 3 night seat at The Langham. The hotel is perfectly situated in a quieter area of Boston but it’s still really easy to get to the main attractions. The hotel was excellent and the pool and amenities were top class.

Kind and accommodating

We had a great stay at The Langham! It’s very convenient to everything Boston has to offer, super clean, and rooms very nice!

This was my first time in Boston. My friend lives locally and I asked him to give me a list of the best hotels that were luxurious and in a great location. I’m so glad I chose to stay at the Langham. I arrived VERY early— 9 am. My room was not available but they gave me a key to the gym so I could exercise and freshen up. They have a full locker room, with several showers, a steam sauna (which was amazing), and many amenities. It felt great to work out after being on a long plane ride, then relaxing in the sauna, and showering. Once I was done, my room was ready (so early.) The whole facility is high class. Many lovely travelers here- wonderful, respectful guests. A few small families. The rooms were very quiet. I couldn’t hear anything outside my room. The bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed 3 nights and had wonderful sleep. The room was in tip top shape with no issues. The mini bar was very nice and customizable. There was also a nice mini fridge in room. The interior design was very well done. I didn’t want to leave! The doormen were so sweet. I loved coming and going because they always smiled, talked to me, helped me with doors or bags. I felt like a queen. Every staff member- EVERY one- was exceptionally professional. I only ate in the restaurant one evening and it was also very delicious. I am a critical person that can always find something to improve and I honestly can’t say one negative thing. I stay in 5-star hotels often. The Langham is by far the best!

The best stay I’ve ever had in Boston

5 Star Property with 5 Star Service -

We received an unexpected upgrade into an executive suite. The location, cleanliness, and service were all wonderful. Cocktails at The Fed were delicious, as was breakfast at Grana. We had a really amazing experience!
