We went there during Labor Day weekend for the rise up reggae festival. I honestly would stay there again. The place was so perfect for my wife and I. I highly recommend it for sure! About a 13 min Uber ride to Redmond and 25 minute ride to bend which is where we floated the river!

Great customer service. Had my original reservation and then booked an additional day for the prior day. When I needed to move rooms, they were able to get me in the new room before 10:30 and didnt make us wait until regular check in. This was so much appreciated so we didnt have to pack everything back up into the car. Clean rooms, nice pool, great area, good dining. Will definitely be back again.

The shower fan area and sliding glass door was very dirty.
The TV size looked like a computer monitor. The bathroom vanity area is completely inadequate, no space at all for a women's things. No plug ins at vanity, and poor lighting.

The amenities at the resort are nice the rooms are outdated and are in desperate need of updating the beds are uncomfortable but the pool and spa and golf make it easier to overlook the 80’s decor and beds

The property is beautiful. The rooms are outdated and old. Lots of thick gross old carpet. Definitely old. . Even carpet on the bench that holds the bags by the bathroom. Headboard at first looked really dirty but it is just worn out and spotted. Surprised it has gone so long with no updates. They should update it but keep the prices the same. The prices should reflect updated rooms as is. Carpet will never be clean in general, so wish it was entirely different.

Nice property but the hotel feels severely outdated and lacking some very common modern amenities - no streaming channels, no USB or phone chargers in the rooms. Bathrooms were clean for the most part, but I saw some mold around the edges of the shower. It’s a nice place, remote and out there, but I would definitely consider other options next time.

If you’re a golfer it may be great. Off the beaten track, 2 restaurants (tried one - ok experience). The room was ok if a view of the parking lot ( up close) works for you. Nothing spectacular but the prices were higher than for an ok place.
