The staff here are truly wonderful. They welcome you in from the moment you step in. Beautifully decorated inside. Breakfasts are scratch made and exquisite. Our only issues were continually failing door keys and a closet light that kept coming on randomly throughout the night.

We came in from Maryland for the Buffalo Bills game! GO BILLS ♥️💙. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Every suggestion they shared was spot on. A fresh coat of paint in the room's & hallway would go along way.

The Butlers provided OUTSTANDING customer service. The breakfast was very good and changed daily.

This is a beautifully renovated hotel. Great location, attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay and I would have said it was almost perfect except for one thing. The mattress was very uncomfortable and very loud - even just turning over made a lot of noise. That one small but important detail may make me book elsewhere next time, though I’m sorry about this.

What a great experience! The entire team at The Mansion was courteous, helpful, professional, and kind. I've stayed in many hotels across North America and this unique and lovely property has become a new favourite. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and came with a personalized note and gift of sugar cookies upon arrival. We enjoyed spending time in the nicely appointed lounge over glasses of wine and appreciated the complimentary happy hour cocktail (what a nice touch). In the mornings, we loved the savoury or sweet breakfast options--really top notch, excellent in presentation and quality. Bonus: the location provides walkable access to the Allentown area which is vibrant and full of quality restaurants. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Beautiful place.

Unusually spacious rooms, personal touch by everyone, lots of concern to make our stay tops. Left some clothing in room, and they quickly sent it to me via UPS. Near many restaurants.

Great place. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, venues and activities. Very clean and helpful staff!

Great boutique hotel. My only complaint is the bed which I found uncomfortable.

Great room. Had everything I needed and the bathroom was opulent. Public areas of the hotel could have used a freshening up.

This is a beautiful well maintained property. The stayed in an updated Double room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee 👍👍. 10/10 recommend. Don’t forget ur complimentary cocktail! Will definitely visit again in the future.

Great stay - walking distance to restaurants Shower was a little difficult—couldn’t figure out how to direct the water stream

My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The location was beautiful, and the staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was at breakfast the last day, it took about an hour to get our food which we had a reservation for Niagara Falls so we had to leave as the breakfast was being delivered. When asking if we can just take it to go, she rolled her eyes and said no.

Excellent experience in a beautiful building in a beautiful part of a beautiful city!
