Our room had no hot water in the sink and there was an electrical issue were the lamps/ plugs didn’t work on a certain wall. We didn’t call it in because we were only there for one night and basically only slept there a few hours

We stayed on the 6th floor, all we heard were chairs moving around from the rooftop bar. No sleeping until the rooftop closed at 11!

A beautiful and spotless hotel! We checked in late (7/4–7/5), and the front desk lady was incredibly kind and patient. She explained everything clearly even though it was the middle of the night. The location is perfect for us, and parking is gated, easy, and safe. It was a peaceful and quiet stay after the bar time—highly recommend!

Best place in Mid-Town

The property decor was unique and interesting. The property was clean and had a pleasant fragrance. We had plenty of towels in the room. The bar and dining areas were enjoyable and fun to be part of the overall experience. Great shoppes and dining options within just a few steps of the hotel.

Beautiful rooms. Safe secure parking. Beautiful restaurant and first floor bar. A little pricey.

Memphian was perfect. Beautiful rooms and lobby that were perfectly appointed.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our server at the restaurant (Complicated Pilgrim) was VERY nice and the food was DELICIOUS. The only (almost) issue was on Saturday evening we came back around 10 or 11pm and there was only ONE parking space left. I believe it may have been due to the roof top bar using hotel parking. We spoke to guests leaving at the same time as us and they said the rooftop bar was very nice. Unfortunately we missed it on this trip. I would definitely LOVE to come back to Memphis and book a stay here. The area was very cute with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plus the location was super convenient to the airport and surrounding attractions.

I was only suppose to be charged a flat rate of $50 for the incidental fee but I was charged an extra $32.74 and they didn’t explain why. I was just told that the manager would correct the issue. I wasn’t allowed to talk to the manager when I requested. The hotel staff acknowledged the extra charge and stated they would correct it, but I was never told what caused the error. Please review all charges because this hotel is not trustworthy.

Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!

Stayed one night in Memphis on our way to Nashville. It was so nice and clean! Everyone was friendly! Really enjoyed our night
