My wife and I came to Sacramento for a concert (Yelawolf), and we stayed at the Midtowner. Other than some idiot parking so close to my car I had to go in through the passenger side to leave the next morning, it was a great experience. There are a lot of late night places to eat as well within walking distance. Area seemed safe. We had a great time and will stay here when we are back in Sac.

The room wasn't clean the bathroom wasn't clean and for sure can use a new toilet

Convenient

Beds were comfy, so comfy bed bugs lived in it. Woke up with 10 bites. Also saw a cockroach I think but started running around in the counter.

The area was sketchy, they’re was a group of people in the far back parking area smoking out of pipes standing around the elevator entrance. The room floors were dirty, the bathroom door had a broken lock handle so the door kept sliding open.. overall we will not be returning

The look on the website is deceiving. I was expecting a hotel, one building, not motel like with multiple rooms across the building. Pros: The bed, air conditioning, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, and elevator were great and optional stairs. Lots of lights inside the room. The hot and cold water options were the highlight of the stay. Basic breakfast was provided. IHOP restaurant is within the parking lot. Things to improve: The sliding washroom door does not close. It just keeps sliding back to its original position. No closet, only hooks to hang your clothes. Didn’t notice daily room service. Given 2 sets of towels for 5 days stay and had to ask more at the front desk. Detailed cleaning along the walls and corner edges of the washroom would be nice. Except for the manager, the front desk needs more knowledge/training to check reservation and answer questions. He acknowledges that he’s new to the job. We had a convention of 15,000 attendees and there were no other options to find replacement hotel, otherwise, I’ll probably check out the following day.

I liked the location and price for it. But mostly the room felt spacious even with a king size bed

Goed betaalbaar motel net buiten midtown. Wel een eindje lopen naar downtown en historic district. Gratis parkeren en gratis ontbijt. Kamers roken helaas naar rook, ook al is er een niet roken beleid. Niet superschoon. Wel een geel fijne douche. Vlakbij snelweg, dus veel geluiden van verkeer en getoeter. Neem oordopjes mee. Verder was de ontvangst niet heel vriendelijk, strenge dame achter de receptie. Meneer wel vriendelijk. Mocht je iets anders willen dan het ontbijt, dan kan je naar iHop. Dat zit zo goed als op het terrein.

Swimming pool was closed on VERY hot day with no explanation. Front desk staff are not very hospitable or helpful. The property is rundown and has a problem with unhoused people in the parking lot. The room itself was fine, but the property is otherwise like a flophouse. Similar to most budget motels in cities.

The room itself was a solid 3/5. It was comfortable abd offered more than the basics. It could have used fresh paint and a little deep cleaning. Most guests seemed okay, a few were... yeah.

This property is pretty run-down and area around the parking lower level was dirty

Not bad area. All one could expect for a good deal motel. Traffic and city noise, what can you expect
