Beautiful hotel. Great location.

The king suite has a lovely touch and it was comfortable

Although I stayed for 1 night, I wish my stay was a little longer. This hotel exceeds my expectations. I had a wonderful time and stay. The spa was so beautiful and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is advertised as a 5 star property. In my opinion, it is a nice 4 star but it’s the little things that Opus is missing to get it to 5 star. First—soaps and lotions were *not* Le Labo, they were a watered down Marriott version. The pictures need to b updated on the website. I would suggest robes and slippers on hand. (It was my understanding you had to request a robe from housekeeping). Towels were not soft, they were rough and we had to request more—only 3 provided, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, no makeup remover. 1 vanity kit, 1 shower cap and the smallest bottle of lotion that’s made for 1 use. Suggest turndown service. Better hairdryers, not cheap ones that don’t work. You have to request water and ice from housekeeping. The locations is nice! The people were kind. Housekeeping was on point. But to reiterate—this is not a 5 star property.

The staff in the front desk charge me twice in my credit card , and also the charge a supposedly a 40 USD FEE , but they charge me 540 USD. I have to call them and fix the problem, but if you don’t call they just keep the money.

The hotel fee is higher than other hotels. There is also a high nightly parking fee. I made a reservation including breakfast, but I still paid for breakfast.

It was lovely

Very spacious and comfortable room with a nice view of downtown White Plains. I could’ve stayed in bed all day, so comfortable. Location is easy to access via a short walk from Metro North (we came from Brooklyn) and the downtown area is full of shops and restaurants that are all walkable. The in-room dining was delicious and delivered by friendly, caring staff. We also dined at Red Horse and it was so good we had another meal there the next day.

I was underwhelmed by this hotel. While the rooms are spacious, the bedding felt old and not as soft as expected. Bring your own toilet paper—the one they provide is like cardboard! The indoor pool is larger than most, but the chlorine level is so high that it irritated my kids’ eyes. Service was mediocre—when I asked for an extra slice of bread with my entrée, I was told there would be a charge. They also added a fee for room service. Overall, I wouldn’t return.
