I loved this property overall. Definitely will be coming back.

We loved our stay here! The jetted tub was so fun and we enjoyed watching wildlife from the pond on our balcony. Lots of road work when we stayed so navigating back into the parking lot after spending the day out was a bit tricky, but cant be helped. I think the living room TV remote needs replacement soon. It wasn't working very well. And an outlet on left side of bed wasnt working either

Needs plumbing repairs: tub water control does not close completely and toilet keeps running water. Also, a grab bar bor entering and exiting tub would be helpful for us elderly guests. Otherwise excellent.

Loved the size of the suite and how clean everything was!

Good location for quick and easy access to I-Drive near the Universal Parks. Room was well equipped and spacious. Bed was comfy and bathroom was very clean. Thoroughly recommend!

Booking with Sonder was the worst experience! There is no one physically at the location who works for Sonder, you have to call them over the phone and check in is through the phone as well. It took almost 2 hours to check in because the system they use to scan your ID was having issues reading the ID, which is terrible because why not allow the front desk clerk check ID like any other hotel. Then after taking 2 hours to check in when I got to the door of my suite, the code they gave me didn’t open the door, so I had to call and sit on hold for another 30 minutes! The condition of the suite wasn’t that bad but don’t expect any cookware in the FULL kitchen. Why have a stove top oven but no pans to cook in? I then asked to be accommodated on my last day by requesting a late check out and was told it wasn’t possible to approve. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never had an experience like this, it was unbelievable.

My Sonder was basically a small apartment. I had all of the necessary amenities. No complaints whatsoever.

Sonder was a very nice property, the price was great, the rooms were spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there when we are in the area again

Perfect hotel for our weekend getaway! Easy check in, nice room, very clean, nice pool area and the location was perfect! It was close to a lot of entertainment and things to do. Overall I think I will be using this hotel a lot more often!

In general, the property is okay but our unit had the filthiest carpet I think we’ve ever seen and needs to be replaced immediately. Unacceptable! We arrived after 1AM so had to stay. Walls and trim really need a fresh painting as well. If it wasn't for that, would rate much higher.

Great apartment with a lot of space. Very clean. Kitchen is well equipped and met our needs. Enough towels for the apartment and the pool. I would stay there again in the future. Easy to get in the apartment.
