Beautiful area but service was off! Room cleaning never happened unless we called! $700 a night room not worth this price.... Service in bar and restaurant was excellent, valet was wonderful. Service for room cleaning was not good.

This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us. Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special.

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my spouse. Everything was fabulous!

What a beautiful property! We enjoyed the spa, walking on the grounds, the on-site restaurants, and the lake. The staff was so accommodating and we enjoyed our 3 day stay.

Super spot to take a break.

I was quite taken aback by the customer service I received at the front desk. When I learned that I was assigned to a room on the first floor, I requested a higher level, as my booking promised a balcony. The staff member informed me that there were no other options available. Upon entering my room, I was disappointed with the view and felt claustrophobic, as I couldn’t keep the curtains open with people passing by, which made me uncomfortable. When I voiced my concerns, they offered to move me to a different floor. However, I end up staying in the same room because I was too tired to move. I was disheartened because I wondered why my initial request wasn’t accommodated. It felt like my needs were overlooked, and paying $703 for a night in a room where I felt uneasy was not acceptable. I’ve stayed at Ritz Carlton before and have never experienced this kind of treatment. It’s important to prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, after receiving the keys, the staff member didn’t offer any directions, leaving us to navigate our way to the room on our own. 😔😔😔

Friendly and respectful staff

This resort surpassed expectations and I was very pleased with everything from the customer service, to the room service. I will stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Property! Great Southern Hospitality. Everyone was so nice. Loved everything about the Ritz! Can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful location friendly staff

It was cold in the room and we had difficulty with the thermostat. we had a very long walk from the lobby to our room and were told that there was nothing else available. Lesson learned request something closer in the future golf cart issues the one night we went to Gaby's for dinner. the staff handled the issues with grace and efficency.

It was amazing!

Terrible service. Showed up at 12, lots of people inside, nobody greeting. Had no idea where to park and then we found out valet only. Bag help nonexistent. Small rooms, shower broken, would not recommend

Beautiful grounds, pool and lake. However for the price I felt service was a bit weird and just average. Front seat and concierge weren’t very friendly. the restaurants were disappointing.

It was a very relaxing stay at the Ritz! We wanted a relaxing weekend for our anniversary and the Ritz made it just that!

A true hidden gem just about an hour outside of Atlanta. If you want to get away, love golf and a beautiful lake- this IS THE PLACE!

Beautiful location, casual and fun!

I liked how it felt like you were at a lake house. I liked the smores & restaurant options. I did not like the service (or lack of) getting my bags to my room nor did I like the service we received at the Italian restaurant.

Had confusion with the valet leaving. After 6 cars that pulled up over the course of the 15min, I finally asked where mine was and had to help attendant pic which keys were mine.
