I loved my recent stay at Ritz-Carlton at Washington DC . The staff, from front desk to room service, friendly, polite and nice !! Special thanks to Zelli that helped me a lot understanding how metro works ! My only issue is the gym (equinox) I was never told I would be charged only for visiting the installation. I think it should be informed that the gym even a visit is not free ! .

The hotel service is very good, the hygiene is good, but the air conditioner in the room is loud, and there is also the sound of running water, the shower head cannot be held by hand, it is very old. 很少会在五星豪华Hotel里看见中国服务员，在这家酒店遇见三位先生 餐厅里他们操着以不熟练的国语努力跟我们交谈 看见我们高兴的眼神不停的问这问那让我鼻子一阵阵发酸，不停的告诉酒 我这个Hotel什么好吃什么符合国人的胃口 远在他乡碰见这么多善良亲切的国人 我感到幸运我很感恩
