Amazing dining experience with extraordinary dessert, outstanding staff, amazing bedroom suite

Super clean and super maintained the staff particularly Isabella, knew a lot about the features of the place and captivated us with her knowledge, such a warm lovely person. Everyone was nice polite and welcoming. Our room was stunning and I appreciated the detailed craftmanship, everything was there that we needed, and the place was in close proximity to many amenities. I celebrated a big birthday their and it made me completely happy.

Beautiful Historic property that makes you feel "Royal" your entire stay. Amazing restaurant, impeccable service and wonderful in room breakfasts every day of your stay! The hotel architecture draws you in. Wonderful memories, fabulous staff. We will be back :)

Ridiculously beautiful and exceptional service. Don’t know if it’s quite worth the money, but the pool makes it all worth it.

A stay in an historic place. Near restaurants and beach.

Я был в этом отеле первый раз 12 лет назад и тогда это был очень хороший пятизвездочный отель с отличным сервисом , сейчас это просто ужас , в принципе это сложно назвать отелем , так как это скорее ресторан при котором есть номера , спать не возможно до часу ночи у тебя под окном орут и гремят тарелками , номера красивые и просторные и напоминают величие старого хозяина , их хорошего можно назвать отличный завтрак и очень хороший сервис в ресторане , но не дай бог вам приехать сюда с детьми

I was put in the wrong suite and when i said why the staff shrugged her shoulders and wasn’t that helpful. it was closed for the night and the hotel was closed to hotel guests even though they were paying . now to be fair the area manager did eventually appear and came to apologise and tell me he’s dealing with his unhelpful staff and offered a half refund. even though there were no real dining options for the night and the paying hotel guests were made to feel in the way. the room should of never been sold for the night. the room i did stay in the safari room was ok - tattered but not sure if that was because it was safari themed or just not mentioned . i am expecting a Versace High end luxury experience and was left feeling cheated and not to bery welcomed. i have been assured if i stayed again things will change we shall see.

It was iconic

It feels that the hotel part of this establishment is not the focus area. The venue is nice and well placed. However the cost is not matched with the overall quality compared to other hotels in the same price range. There was no vanity kit in the room. Nor was shampoos etc. not replenished during our two day stay. Even though we mentioned it to reception. One small shower gel for two people will not suffice. The room was only cleaned after we nudged the reception. The lights were faulty when we arrived. A technician got it fixed. However, the electricity sockets did not work in the bathroom. If you decide to stay at the hotel then make sure to use the pool before 11.30 in the morning. From 12 noon onwards the hotel is full of diners. The noise level is constantly high. Either from the restaurant guests or the workmen who started working 06.30 in the morning. Breakfast was okay although not to the standard expected for luxury hotel.

The mansion is amazing and very unique! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Being a guest gives you full access to explore around the mansion, especially in the morning before they open the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Definitely check out the rooftop! As a guest they arranged for us to sit next to the pool during our dinner reservation. The restaurant food is spectacular.

My wife was so excited to experience this iconic place.

Very cool place to stay

We stayed at the Versace mansion for an awards dinner. It’s a wonderful place and a very unique place to stay.

Siempre escogía este hotel para quedarme por que manejaban bien la exclusividad! Ahora se ha convertido en abierto para todo el mundo , so por lo que pagas por la estancia ya no vale la pena. Por ejemplo la alberca ya no se puede usar porque ahora entra gente al restaurante desde las 11 de la mañana! Y quien quiere usar una alberca “privada” con público! Además de l servicio de meseros es decadente he igual el de mucamas y de cocineros! Es mi 5 vez aquí y había notado el cambio , pero esta última vez he quedado Muy Muy decepcionado! Y se que suena a que te quejas por poco pero es una crítica de Servicio- Precio. En verdad piensa bien si quieres gastar esos Miles de Dólares por un espacio que tendrás que compartir con TODO! el mundo.
