It was an excellent experience: property, security, service! Thanks a lot to all the team. Even the breakfast was suggested, always at the highest level. In this area to have so excellent service- bravo! A perfect place for middle ranged families. Thank a part for parking: it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a safety parking in this area, but you did it! Wow! 房間本本只放一張床的，現在放了兩張床，全完沒地方可以坐，沒有枱，沒有椅，太擠迫了！另外步行至地鐵站（36街站）要10多分鐘，有行李箱要推的很辛苦！

I hate the fact that parking was inconvenient, the rooms were very small, there was no little refrigerator nor microwave, no clothing storage nor iron etc. Was totally disappointed. 🙃

Comforter on the bed had multiple holes.... possibly from cigarette ashes....also parking is very very limited and parking area very tight....I have a SUV midsize and less than a few inches on each side between the car and wall.....
