Great location right on the lake; cool decor with a modern vibe; nice restaurant, patio, and pool. Check-in wasn't smooth, view from our first floor room was terrible, and bathroom was tiny...but I would still go again! It's one minute from the Marblehead Lighthouse and just 5 minutes from the ferry to Kelleys Island. Ask for a room on the second or third floor if you'd like to be able to look out of your window and not see a car just a few feet away.

We stayed here 3 nights.This place did not have a very clean room. The bathroom sink had a leak. The beds were horrible, cheap mattresses, like a futon. The POOL, where my kids wanted to swim, was disgustingly dirty, so cloudy it was like mucky pond water. One front desk worker was kind and helpful. The other with dark hair was a rude snob and unprofessional. They were so CHEAP they had gross toilet paper snd gave you NO EXTRA. I literally saw multiple guests having to go get extra toilet paper. Then, they were OUT of clean towels when I went to get more. This place looks better in pictures. Not impressive.

Our only complaint was that we were there on a Monday and the bar and restaurant were closed.

Everyone was very friendly. It is a very nice hotel. It has been redone and we had stayed at the lighthouse several times and it had got really bad. It is so nice that someone took the time at a beautiful location to make it a pleasant place to stay. For us the bed comfort although the mattress is great it is very low to the floor and would like a foundation under the mattress. As far as food options it would have been nice if we had been told or if it was on their website that you need to make reservations to eat. I know you are under a learning curve just opening this year and we need to offer more items on the menu. Like some baked potatoes or mashed potatoes some sort of pasta everyone doesn't like seafood. What we had was very good, except the chips not crazy about those. Other than that we had a very good time. Oh and we took a walk and found the courtyard and seen all the things that was available of which no one mentioned or where to get the equipment to play ping pong, or pickleball or whatever else is available and don't know where to get the code to get in the door. So we just sat and watched around one of the fire pits. They are very nice and it won't be great as it gets closer to fall.

Good food and great aesthetics! Bed gave me a bit of a sore back but otherwise great stay and great staff!

Great place to stay

A very nice place. The restaurant was amazing, really pleased with the gluten free options.

Had a weekend away with 9 moms and we enjoyed our time. Bummed the fire pit wasn’t working for us - and we had some issues with room keys/codes but it was a overall nice property.

They never cleaned bathroom even after we told them the shower drain was clogged.

Cute decor in rooms! Great fitness center, pickleball court and pool! Food was good from onsite restaurant.

The beds are like futon matress and about 8 inches off the floor.The property pictures in regards to the bed do not depict the actual beds. We had to wait an hour after check in, because the room was not ready. No where in bathroom to set cosmetics and other toiletries. Hugh lack of hospitality. No signage for the office No one at the desk, more than there is,someonr there. Would not tecommend motel.

Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel is beautifully renovated and gorgeous view! Perfect for our family with 2 kids, something for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Easy to check in late at night, beds are very comfy unlike at some 4-5 star hotels I’ve been at. Breath taking view of the lake as soon as you head to the lobby in the morning. Didn’t try the food but will be sure to next visit.

The onsite amenities were perfect for a weekend away! Loved the pool, pickleball, outdoor Jenga! An easy walk across the street to the lake.

Staff was amazing. Negatives are amenities: bathroom sink ridiculously small and no other mirror to apply makeup etc., and can’t use toilet seat for space as there’s no lid, no coffeemaker, no guide for TV, 2 drinks at the outdoor bar came to $50 with tip, very nice upscale property. I would expect better

I loved this place! It was a great stay, I am not a fan of boutique hotels, but this was a pleasant surprise. It was spotless, comfortable, great restaurant, nice staff, very dedicated personnel. I hope this place maintains the same vibe and atmosphere for a long time.
