The hotel is so old that indoor facilities are provided by telephone, so there are extra tips for the service staff to open the refrigerator lock and so on…

Amazing hotel and staff… they just lacked enough staff which was very odd.

LOVED IT! One pillow had a small hole in the case and the carpet by the wall was a bit pulled up :( but everything was PERFECT

The staff was not the friendliest upon check in; the next morning had to wait quite a bit for valet to bring the car- overall experience could have been better

Great welcome service by Bradley. Very polite and attentive to detail. Went past front desk on second day and he remembered why I was visiting the area. Will probably stay here again.

This is a great spot. The hotel staff were kind and the pool was nice. Recommended

Great stay, I like the views and they have great amenities like the hot tub and pool with a descent size gym. The pool area has an outside patio to relax under the sun. The only issue is you have to walk quite far across a sky bridge and go into the other building to one of the parking garages. Or pay for the valet so you don’t have to walk.

The pool was really cold uncomfortably so, one of the outlets in the case goods in our room was loose and came right out.

It was a fantastic experience! Been traveling most of the day and was exhausted when arriving to a friendly, and happy staff!!!

Great hotel and safe area

Very clean and comfortable

Everything was quick and efficient from the valet to check-in. They also let us check in a bit early which is always appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean, easily walkable to downtown Bellevue

Very disappointed to learn pool was under construction upon arrival. Notice when book or pre arrival would have been appreciated. Very disappointed to not have the hot tub after hiking.

The staff are super nice and accommodating. We have such a relaxing time at the hotel. Definitely will come back for sure! The room is lovely and clean. Bonus point that the hotel literally connected to the mall and yummy food places :)

Staff is friendly and courteous, but not super helpful - for example, I needed a spoon but they did not have it at the front desk. They said the hotel restaurant next to the front desk that was set to open in 20 minutes and had the staff in there but they did not want to disturb the employees setting up for the buffet. Swimming pool was closed for renovation - Expedia and the resort should publish it when reserving the property. I specifically chose a hotel with pool as an amenity in my filtering options. Breakfast buffet is expensive, and there are no ala carte options. Thankfully, there are options around the hotel. There is no convenience store to buy basic amenities, and the hotel skimps out on body lotion etc. Parking is expensive ($37 for self parking and $47 for valet parking).
