Elevators were down fire alarms went off twice. Parking was ridiculous. We had my handicap Grandma with us which made everything almost impossible. Our room was smaller than expected was also explained that they were two bathrooms. There was only one bathroom was not the cleanest. Also had an additional charge when I went to check in. I didn’t get the proper email to check in. We went upstairs to the dining area. Wait to 10 minutes and no one even came out to see us so we left. Beyond disappointed will never ever come back.

There was a little construction going on, but it wasn’t bad. Our stay was great. Communication was awesome. They got back to you in a short amount of time. There was a few issues, but nothing major.

The property itself was overall good. The staff was not rude but not the most friendly. I read many reviews on the property and found that the reviews were mostly correct…the elevators are pretty bad. High peaks time are nearly 30-45 minute wait one way. We were on the 9th floor so I think the higher you were, the worse it would be. Also, the air conditioner would never drop below 70 degrees even when set at 67 ( not a game changer but I like to be cooler) The bunkbeds and regular bed were average beds. The couch bed was terrible but the pillows were even worse…they were like bricks. This was a decent condo at best. DO NOT wait until the morning of the take your things across to the parking garage. This would take you hours if you wait until 8 or 9

Room looked like the pictures which was a pleasant surprise! No false advertising. The bedroom was beautiful and the kids lived having their own room, and we loved having separate bathrooms. There was a drip coffee and a k-cup machine (so you know what kind of coffee to buy). The rocking chairs on the balcony were a family favorite, especially for the 1 year old who still likes to be rocked! The room was clean and we would stay there again! The elevators and check in were the only downside... we learned to use elevators during early hours and not around check in, check out, or dinner hours. We did end up walking the stairs quite a bit. We didn't hear neighbors at all which was a plus! The view was great! And communicating with the property before and during the stay was very helpful and much appreciated! Staff at the resort was all very friendly!

The condo room itself was comfortable and nice. We had what we needed and we slept well. The building elevators made it so that we will more than likely never stay there again. We waited 45 minutes sometimes for an elevator. We used the stairs the majority of the time, but were unable to carry all of our luggage up and down that way. Getting a cart to unload your things is very limited, as well. At the pool, teenagers were very disrespectful. Someone threw a firework down in front of us from their balcony, and there was a fight at the pool one evening. We had to quickly move our kids out of the area. The beach area is very full with not much area to sit and relax.

Property was nice but elevator waits were ridiculous

The room was really nice! The elevators were ridiculous! At times you’d have to wait 10 to 15 minutes.

Everything was great with the exception of checkout. I requested an extra hour because I have chrons and mornings are difficult with me being in the bathroom a lot. Normally this is not an issue. This company wanted to charge me twenty-five an hour. I found this to be a little ridiculous. Other than that stay was great, communication was great!

Our stay at this property would have been perfect if not for the poor service of the elevator. The apartment we rented was perfect for our family in terms of space, the location so close to the beach was fantastic. However the poor service of the elevator made us missed a dinner reservation because we had a 40 minutes wait. Just thinking about leaving the

Overall the condo was very nice inside & had pretty much everything you'd need kitchen wise. Loved the balcony, but the railing & floor could use a good scrub. The beach staff were wonderful & worked hard everyday to ensure things were ready for guests. Like others have mentioned the elevator is VERRRRYYY slow & using stairs at end of building is not really an option. It was quite frustrating locating the check in desk; poor signage and directions if you arrive at street level. BTW go all the way to the top of the spiral staircase. Also to note, as of this posting, construction is ongoing all along the main road where the hotel & restaurants are located.

Convenient location, my grandkids loved the space.

Tidewater has always been a favorite of ours. Until we had to walk 12 flight of stairs cause the elevator kept going out. So being on the 4th floor was a definite improvement.

The elevators are a #1 nightmare for EVERYONE staying there. The place is 30 floors so it obviously is HUGE and holds TONS of people so there is LOTS of constant foot traffic all over and there are 7 elevators in total and only 2 days of a whole week weere we, my family and i, able to travel around the resort, down to the beach, pools, back up within efficient timing without waiting more than 20 mins to elevator.MOST of the time. The 2 outdoor pools were too cold. the indoor pool way too crowded and tiny. . The out door hot tubs were freezing and broken as well. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. You have to pay for a parking park and for arm bands just to get in and and out and around the place. Beach was crowed with vacant chairs and unlmbrellas every day so no room for us and we could use without paying buere were plenty for each unit.

Excellent! We will be back for sure!

The elevator took over 45 min each time to get on up or down. Staff unhelpful and poor customer service

The elevators services for hotel and parking are so terrible

Glad we stayed on 2nd floor because of the elevators. We could use the stairs.

Let me start by saying, the views were spectacular!!! However, my biggest issue was as everyone has said…the elevators. We were on the 6th floor and took the stairs down numerous times. It states check in is from 4-6, so you’d expect the room to be ready at 4 for check in. We had a code to our door which didn’t work prior to 4 and we tried around 4:20 and it worked. The resort is self check in for these rooms because most or all are private owned by outside parties. The room looked like it had been mostly cleaned but the master bed was unmade with dirty sheets and towels in the bathroom floor. I called panhandle resorts and she got someone up to clean it fairly quickly and was very nice about it. They cleaned from top to bottom so I have no complaints there. As far as the room, it was decent for price. Could use a little updating and some fresh paint but not a complete dealbreaker. One of my biggest issues was the cookware/dishes. There were no spatulas, and only two bowls, but we made due. All in all, minus the slow elevators we had a good time.

Need more availability for food and drinks

Nice building but the elevator took over 30 minutes to an hour. And the heat didn’t help while waiting on them, I felt like my blood sugar had drop my hair was wet including my clothes, the apartment wasn’t what we expected your website doesn’t explain the difference, we wanted ocean front where the master bedroom had a door and the bedroom close to the door allow for all noises to ne heard from street noise or kid’s running up and down walkway, Ommucation was terrible between Expedia & also with panhandler everyone was saying they weren’t responsible for the dirty dusty nasty rooms 1013 the couch had many nasty stain on it ;the chair or one on the balcony was very nasty yep I took pictures before and after too much money for this to be uncleaned dust on lamps, beach chairs dirty , my mother had an allergic reaction to the dust & it must had hve dogs in there because she is highly allergic and yes stated no dogs and one very large one went on the elevator so we/my mom didn’t get on it so we had to wait about 30 more minutes, very disappointing and not sure if we will use a third party to book our next trip I finally got my mother to use Expedia and she help me pay for this resort to be very unhappy and got sick, the dust on the lamps in the bathroom and dust or bugs she said were behind her nightstand, yep.
