Room floor was a bit sticky in places.

Breakfast was more skimpy than usual and hotel was popular enough that they ran out of things daily. Staff was great. Facilities were in great shape. A bit of train and traffic noise, but never a problem.

Das Hotel ist gut bis sehr gut. Einzig das Frühstück ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Zimmer sehr gut, Betten sehr gut, Bad sehr gut. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Waren 1 Nacht zur Durchreise dort. Ich vergebe 4 von 5 Sterne.

Waiting for the train was a lot but so clean and breakfast was a bonus.

Staff was super friendly. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen area was a huge bonus.

Bed poor quality , room 309 smelt like puke , room 302 just fine . But sink was pluged in bathroom .

The check in was efficient. The room was clean. The breakfast was not however. For $300 a night the coffee and cups should have been made and stocked. When I went to find an associate to request cups and more coffee no one was to be found.

Comfortable bed, great layout and great amenities. Only downside was bathroom sink drain was clogged upon arrival.

We stay here whenever we come to Ellensburg. Good location, quiet area. Clean hotel, nice staff.

Convenient and clean

We were pleasantly surprised! It's a new property, well designed, food and bar we're pleasant surprise, particularly because it was a little removed from the hubbub of the strip. I think a bit more signage for getting us to the hotel because it's situated off and in back of the strip. Google maps got us there just fine but there was no signage along the road that we could see. We'll be back and use it to break up the trip to Central and Eastern Washington wine country...

All staff were helpful and professional. Price was a little high even for memorial day weekend. But the staff and service were superb.

Beautiful room. Okay stay. The breakfast disappointed. The breakfast server looked angry for being there, breakfast sandwiches hard and cold and not much food left or restocked over an hour before it was over. Had to ask for coffee creamer. Hampton is much friendlier and well stocked breakfast so is Holiday Inn. We had fire alarms testing going off at the end of our stay very loud and were never warned about it. Not sure if I would choose again over Hampton or Holiday Inn.
