The stay was horrible and the place was discussing. The sink was broken and the room smelt like smoke. The staff was also not the best customer service wise. Worst of all the place looked nothing like advertised.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating

Bed was very very comfortable, firm like I haven’t seen in years. Internet was also very good as I was able to use Messenger and video chat with my wife without any problems. Access to room was good too. Very happy with my stay as the price paid was within my budget.

Great location

The Property is outdated, but acceptable for the price.

Hotel appeared somewhat in disrepair w peeling paint and odor, BUT the bed was comfortable and clean and the pool was great. Perfect for 1-2 night stay if you need a cheaper place to lay your head. We were busy w sports tourney so only there for sleep time, which was fine.

Stayed here a whole hour, we walked in and found dead roaches, bed felt like sleeping on a box spring, tv not working, door didn’t work and dogs barked for almost the whole time we were there. We left and checked into a hotel in Edgewood, I would not recommend pictures look nice but be warned. Staff was friendly but didn’t really try and fix anything.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Restaurant was great!!!

The hotel is too old and when we got in the room the room wasnt ready.Also there was hair on the bed and it was disgusting.They dont clean the rooms its disgusting as well.We asked for towels and the man said in "20 minutes"and then the next day i asked for towels and he said "5 minutes" and he took an hour just to get towels.I seriously dont recommend this "hotel" NEVER GO HERE.AND NEVER COME BACK.

You can’t expect the four seasons staying here. Sketchy people , thieves ,nice staff , roaches above the head board. It can’t get any better feels like I was living the dream.

Although the property was in a convenient location, the bedding was clean, and it was quiet, it appeared that it was “tired” and needed some repair, serious updating, and a deep cleaning.

there was NOTHING TO LIKE. I believe the health dept. would shut them down In CT. They sure would. Water on the bathroom floor. The floor was spongy water must have been coming up from underneath. Rugs filthy. I went in and went right back to the desk and told the young man I could not stay there. SO SO many things wrong with the place. There are so many hotels in the area and this one should be knocked down. Needs a CLEANING!!!! PLUS..

The property was basic and quiet. The outside of the property could use upgrades and cleaning up. The hallway leading to the room and the room itself need to be either finished or remodeled. Hard to tell if in progress or completed. The room was basic which is what I expected just needs freshening and taking care of maintenance needs (paint, refinishing, etc). For the price range and area, reasonable enough but could use somee upgrades/refinishing.

I did not realized that people live there permanently. The room smelled and felt moldy. Breakfast was poor, the coffee is a litle tan color and there wasn't enough milk for cereal.it felt like a low grade motel.

The room we stayed at was dirty, the mattress was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. You could here noise so easily through the walls. Our door to the outside was damaged and had a hard time closing. Wouldnt stay there again.
