Hotel's sign is combined with another hotel and makes it confusing. Area is very unsafe!

To get registered is like entering a security entrance. you talk through glass. Entering the room, you immediately smell heavy cigarette smoke. Coffee maker, no coffee, no cups. No soap for the shower. 1 Towel. The pictures on the website do not match. Never again Travelodge. Kingsize bed, 2 pillows.

No smoke detector in the room. Towels missing.

The property was run down, dirty, appeared very unsafe. While driving around the property, there appears to be a number of transient people loitering around! Then, after reporting these findings to Expedia and booking another hotel in the area, the hotel refused to issue a refund. We never checked in. We never actually got out of the car.!

My husband and I were in Philly for a family funeral and booked a room here between May 17th and May 20th. After we arrived, got checked in and got our room key cards we went to our room and had a hard time getting the door open. I had to go back to the office to

I appreciate the customer service and it’s definitely a motel of choice when I rent a room.

I checked in and checked right back out. The room smelled like mold, the curtain fell down when I closed it, the ceiling had black shots on it, the towels smelled like they dirty

Room had a drainage problem. After a shower a huge puddle was inevitable. The room was a reservation for 4 ppl when we got there there was only 1 towel and washcloth. When we ran out of toilet tissue (there was only 1 roll btw) we had to physically go to the concierge to retrieve it. Same thing with the towels/washcloths The facility is extremely outdated. No microwave, no chair, no iron in the rooms. The concierge was cool but overrall they need to update the place and do regular maintenence. The place was deplorable.

Filthy ac was broke making very loud noise entire place. Needs to be renovated

It looked like someone punched the door to the bathroom in and stabbed it with a knife a few times. The smoke alarm was torn off the wall and the room smelled like smoke. There was hair on the bathroom walls and food (?) splattered on every wall. Burn marks in all the bedding and ash in the bed. Sheets were not clean. We smashed a huge roach. The deadbolt on the door to the room was loose. The worst motel experience I’ve had.

The front desk dude was amazing everybody else need more training

Unplugged smoke alarm, bathroom door didn’t shut, cigarette burns on bathtub and “comforter” (it was a thin blanket), front door locked but didn’t shut all the way, furniture was falling apart. DO NOT stay here.

I could not even stay here. What a dump! I don’t know how they got so many great reviews because it is far from great. I went to a Marriott & forfeited my stay & went to a Marriott. What a waste of money. Looks like an abandoned trailer park but worse!

Staff very helpful but did not stay the night. Hotel has refunded to Expedia but to date I have not received any refund or heard back from Expedia

Room was falling apart, no trash can, ice bucket, chair or phone in the room. Provided 1 towel and two flat pillows for a king suit. Very noisey could hear people through the walls.

There was no remote for a tv that had no cable connected to it. The key cards died instantly. Soda and snack machine don’t work. Weak water pressure. Rude manager
