Smelled marijuana through out the building

They did away with the breakfast bar. Now, it is grab and go. Pot luck in a bag. May be a banana. May be a tangerine and a muffin in a bag. The fruit so far has been going bad. Banana was brown, twice. Tangerine was very soft. My room was clean but the lower floors smell like weed. Check-in was at a kiosk where the guy speaks broken English. I had a difficult time understanding him. I told the guy that i wanted to pay with a different card than i had on file. He still charged the card i used to reserve the room. I eventually gotmto speak to a lady at the counter. After staying the same week for 5 years in a row. I will find someplace else to stay.

The front desk staff was very polite and helped us feel welcomed.

Nice place close to beach the beds are hard that was the worst how uncomfortable the beds are other than that not bad place

I liked everything about my stay at your hotel

The hotel was good and clean. They seemed short staffed but were still able to attend to everything as needed. We went on the weekend of spring break which was a mistake! About 50 college kids partying until 3am without staff there to tell about the noise.

You guys were amazing. Clean and quiet

I was able to hear the complete conversation of the people in the room next to me. There was a connecting door so maybe that was part of the problem. I also had a pet friendly room and I usually take that into consideration when making an opinion of the room, but I kept smelling a urine smell and also a musty smell.

Breakfast can be improved. Room was a little dirty.

Full beds not queens. Shower diverter didn’t work. Safe was inoperable. Smell of pot in main halls. Just a very tired and outdated property. Sad thing is we have stayed here before and overlooked the age of property and rooms because of location…r3ally surprised they can fly a Wyndam banner…last time for us…sorry.

Check in with the kiosk was different but easy. The check out process was smooth and they even worked with me on a late check out. It’s very hard to get in contact with someone over the phone. There is no phone in the rooms. Balcony wasn’t cleaned off so I had to do that before sitting outside to enjoy. Breakfast consist of cereal, fruit and water/juice.

2 day weekend family stay. Wrong room given after lenghlty in office check in, even though i did online check in. Room was very old

They only cleaned out room once in a week we stayed there and no one was available to even get fresh towels no one was at front desk in the evening

Smelled like cigarettes in the whole building, our room had no toilet paper. No soap or shampoo ,floors and bed sheets were awful

Was a nice place to stay, just a short walk to the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Convenient location and great area. A little out dated but clean.

Easy check-in. The only problem so far has been the broken ice machine on our floor.
