VERY hard to get in touch with Tripbz, on my 4th call to their 1-800 number the person informed me that they just answer the phone for Tripbz they can't actually help. They rarely answer emails.
It's an apartment within an apartment complex NOT an apartment hotel, you're on your own, no bag minding if you have a late flight (offered to hold at their offices but had to get bags there and I didn't feel comfortable with it). And even though their blurb says it's suitable for families & long stays it's not equipped for it. When I questioned the lack of equipment in the kitchen I was told "It's a cultural thing, no one really uses the kitchen" REALLY? I've stayed in apartment hotels all over the world & never had this problem, in fact I just came from another one in AMERICA that WAS fully equipped. There was NO equipment to use in the microwave or oven. There were only 4 plates/sets of cutlery/cups - so you have to put on the dishwasher (which leaks. supply your own powder so you have to buy a box) or wash up, there's no cloths (just rags I was told were cloths), no plug, no drying rack. NO chopping board, wine glasses, toaster, no starter tea/coffee/sugar... We only had three bowls at first.I raised all my concerns and was given more bowls and four champagne glasses, they did something but didn't really fix the shortfall.
I feel it's a great concept that needs quite a bit of work. It all felt a bit dodgy. Final thing was the cleaner letting herself in at 10 when checkout is 11.
