I’ve stayed at several different Tru locations and this location hands down wins. The ladies at the desk were amazing. When we checked in, went to the elevator to get to our room the lady was cleaning the walls inside. I’ve never seen a hotel clean like they do. It was great. The whole hotel smelled amazing like always but this one was exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was great. So great both nights we stayed the lobby and outside sitting area was as if you were at a friends gathering. You felt at home, not just a random guest coming through. I hate off to the ones who work so hard to make it all happen.

Very friendly staff. Shuttle driver was great. We went to wrong terminal and he was nice enough to around DFW airport again even though he was late for his daughter's birthday.

I’ve stayed at several different Tru locations and this location hands down wins. The ladies at the desk were amazing. The whole hotel smelled amazing like always but this one was exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was great. So great both nights we stayed the lobby and outside sitting area was as if you were at a friends gathering. You felt at home, not just a random guest coming through. I hate off to the ones who work so hard to make it all happen.

Called to get a shuttle at about 2 am said no driver and shuttle only “regular hours”
After app says 24hr and then arrive 22$ uber after we called and arrived they said had rooms but none were clean cause no housekeeper so they did arrange at double tree to transfer reservation another 24$ uber
And that was fine
Won’t use tru anymore
