This was my 3rd time staying here. The last time was before the pandemic. The wall was refreshed. The crews were also very nice and willing to help. And the restaurants in the little Italy area were more blooming. Good place to stay

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. Only thing I would complain is a smell to a cleaning product, I am not good with aromas.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, el personal super amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar, está básicamente a la vuelta de little Italy, alrededor hay mucho que hacer,mucho que comer, la habitación limpia ,pequeña pero super cómoda , y lo más importante son pet frendly, lo recomiendo , si no buscan lujo sino un citio cómodo para descansar y estar cerca de la acción ese es el lugar indicado Urban Hotel , gracias al staff por sus atenciones

The place is very convenient to mass transportation and little Italy. It was clean and quiet. The room was small but well setup. A disappointment was that Hotels.com listed gym access that did not exist anymore. There was a nice contental breakfast and helpful folk on the desk.
