We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some relaxed. But after over 30mins and it almost 10:40, we still haven’t get it so I called front desk asking when can I get the my new card, and in the same time I found there’s a transaction about 141.88 in my credit card charged by here, so I asked the front desk what’s in charge for, and she didn’t tell me anything about it just tell me it will return to my credit card, it makes me really confused, and she said the stuff already take the card back to my room. So thought they will coming soon and then I could go to the pool, but until 11:30 I still haven’t get it, I call the front desk asked if I could leave my number to them because I want to go to the pool. But the lady told me once the staff sent, she cannot contact them the only thing I can do is wait at room. but until I check out around 3:00 am there no one sends the new card to me which I don’t need anymore. No one tells me what happened. I still confused. And I send a complaint letter 5 days ago. Still no response.

Great location, close to parks

Need to deep clean. Thick dust on outlet cover dust on floor around bed frame. Carpet not vacuumed food. Tables hand finger prints. No restaurant on site. Not much to do but swim. No room service included extra charge. Hard mattress box spring. Very roomy. Friendly staff. Need more supplies.

Good services

Our stay was just for one night. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though nothing exceptional. The building had a noticeable musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, and the property offers a good variety of on-site activities.

TV was not working. We call front desk and they were unable to change the TV. Also in the morning we saw little roaches crawling in the bedroom walls.

The sheets could have been cleaner, the beds and couch was very uncomfortable hall could have smelled as nice as lobby update fixtures but other than that it was good

Great spot for a family vacation. Basically in the heart of all tourist spots and very fun.

Great resort, family friendly and around basically all the tourist spots. Ideal vacation place and will definitely recommend to anyone.

Every area of this vacation getaway establishment is amazing. The staff super courteous and professional. The room, pool, elevators, hallways, you name it; totally and pleasantly clean. Our getaway was a wonderful experience at this establishment. Thank you for making it so pleasant.

Overall great property just get comfortable beds

I liked the activities and pools. However the walls are super thin I could hear every stomp the people above us did.

The room we had was excellent! Washer and dryer and balcony was very nice! There was a lot of shopping and food options around and we were a few minutes from Epcot which is the reason we were there!!!

Stayed there over the weekend and everything was amazing!!!!

Good accommodations, updated rooms. Great space for the family. The sofa beds were not in good conditions. Everything else was good.

It’s always a great stay here- access to I-4 & attractions, safe environment, spacious rooms, & great staff. The property can definitely benefit from restaurants & pool bars/cafes.
