The resort fee is too high, but I enjoyed the restaurants especially the Mexican restaurant

The property is well kept. The villa was over the top. The staff is beyond reproach. Everyone I encountered, from front desk, to housekeeping, to servers was friendly and attentive. Just wish there wasn’t smoking in the casino. That’s my only gripe!

Virgin Hotels is always a fun and great place to stay. The room are great.

When I checked in there was urine on my toilet and hair in the shower basin. I had to call to get cleaning crew to clean every day. Apparently they do not automatically clean you have to call. Also both coffee shops close at 1pm. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property was ok- but the premium we payed for the corporate meeting happening on the premise made the value not worth it. The parking area in front was very disorganized.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location, we love the affordability and the ease of getting to the strip. Staff is always very friendly and all areas of the hotel are very clean and well kept! The rooms are nice and the vibe is great! We plan on staying here in the future! 😊

I stayed here because I am a WGU graduate and our alumni event was located here. It was so convenient to be able to just take the elevator to the casino floor and BOOM our event was right there!! I loved our room!! It was SO nice and the bed was so comfortable. I also loved being able to take the elevator downstairs and have the ability to eat and play in the same location.

We got a free upgrade to the Penthouse type apartment so how can I complain

Very friendly staff and very clean rooms! We loved the on-site shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Close to the airport

I loved this place the first time I came here with friends, so I decided to book this for my family this time and it’s perfect. I love the spacious room. It’s perfect for my kids and our dog. Check-in was nice. I’m hoping the lady at Ruby Towers who checked us out would be nice too. She was kinda rude. But aside from that, everything else was great.
