It's a great hotel. I will choose him next time.

Okay, but a lot of self-service and not very posh. I think it is meant to be a hip style. Restaurant service is rather slow for breakfast.

I love ❤️ this hotel,Due to Virgin Group's owner Richard is my hero,But 2 cockroaches are flying,one is on theTV,Other is on my dream face at 6am,7/7/2024 in my room NO:1205 ,The recipient RJ and Ms. Juliana Ruiz of Director of Experiences did a great jobs to changes my room into 1906 Who give me a Credit and free living for 7/7/2024. Chuncheng Hao seriously urgent Expedia to refund 😑 7/5 and 7/6 hotel living costs back to account. I still keep my legal rights to fight the best service with Virgin and Expedia

The hotel es beatiful is 5 star but the rooms are small and I had a water leak on the ceiling all the night. Did not let me sleep well

When this hotel was new everything worked but now things re getting broken and they re not being repaired. The electrical in room 3013 did not work. This meant no phone not tv not air conditioning or heating. I had to walk to the lobby at 2 in the morning to let the staff know. In the morning when I was checking out, I told the front desk lady about the room condition and she did not care.

Great hotel in NYC. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The hotel lobby smells good and the staff are all so friendly. Would stay again.

Great service, in a great area with plenty of restaurants nearby when it comes to nighttime, very secured and safe entrance to your room with privacy and an amazing view if you get a high level floor room. The bed was cozy, pillows very comfortable the sheets were cold and fresh all night long best sleep I’ve had. Would highly recommend and be back!

Staff were so helpful and the views from the room were incredible. Only issue we had was the fire alarm going off on 3 occasions one being around 6.30am.

Disappointing hotel and clearly not worth the price. the staff are unenthusiastic and unfriendly an the service is poor, particularly at the reception and at breakfast - where we had to wait a long time for a table and then for the food and were told that it was not possible to have hot water on one day and a boiled egg on the next. The bedrooms are tiny and the furniture and decor is modern and clean but cheap. The pool was very cold even in August and children can't use it after 11am. Overall a very poor choice for us.

Such a lovely stay

It was just an OK experience. Hotel is in great location and has nice amanities however the check in process and front desk team were underwhelming. I’m used to a more elevated service at Virgin facilities .

I checked in and left my bags in the room. I was running late to meet a friend. By the time I got back at 1030p I jumped in the shower and went to get in bed. As I always do I pulled back the covers to make sure the sheets were clean and there wasn’t anything gross in the bed. I’m sure glad I did! What I found were two small bugs (not sure if they were bed bugs), something white and plastic looking, and a bunch of pines. Yes pubes! I was so grossed out I pack my things and went down to the lobby. I showed the front desk a video of what my sheets looked like and waited for a new room. I would have left the hotel completely but by this time I was after 11p and I had my flight early the next day. After waiting for over 15 mins, I was given a new room. It wasn’t upgraded. I wasn’t offered a discount on my stay. I was simply given the same type of room I had previously booked and told they would “waive the $40 resort fee”. They also said they would give me a $75 hotel voucher for food. I let her know that I was leaving early the next morning and would not be eating at the hotel. I asked instead for $75 to be taken off the room fee. She said she couldn’t do it. Why? What’s the difference? Well I check my credit card statement today and they charged the fee anyway! This hotel is foul. I’d never stay here again. I was coming from an extended stay at the Thompson Central Park and that hotel was phenomenal! Service was amazing, rooms were beautiful and service perfect!
