Great stay

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Parking available, although you may need to walk a little if you arrive late. I had just a couple of issues but nothing major. Coffee machine had a broken part but was still functional. I have stood at this hotel several times. This is why I know that a glass was missing. Both those things are no big deal to me but do make me feel like I have to tell them so that I don’t get charged for something I didn’t break or take. There was also toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived. It did not appear used so may of just been that the piece was torn off the old roll to fold by housekeeping. Who knows, like I said not a big deal. But it is only fair to mention since it might be for some. I checked in past 10pm. I was exhausted from a long day so decided not to say anything. However, to be fair I bet had I said something they would have addressed it. What was not appreciated was that I mentioned I was a Bonvoy member and the person who checked me in did not seem to care. I was provided a room next to the elevator on a lower floor. Those rooms are typically cheaper. I’ve spent more than 25 nights at Marriott this last year and always appreciate when I’m made to feel appreciated. Like I was just last week when I stood at Visalia Residence Inn. However, this is a great location, reasonably priced, and a fairly clean location.

Overall good stay it was noisy at night and the room didn’t smell so pleasant.

While all in all, the property is very conveniently located downtown to all important venues, restaurants, bars, etc., it is well manicured, clean, responsive...I did find two major things that were disappointing. I found baby cockroaches in the bathroom and the other is while having a drink at the bar, men that were saying a very fowl word were not told to stop by the male bartender. There were other females present. I got up to leave and then the other men slowly started leaving. Unfortunately, we females got the brunt of their language before a few left so not sure of the men who said and who didn't, but it would have been nice to have an employee step-up and just automatically stop the language than having to be told which I am not sure they were. They appeared to be regulars at the hotel. I will stay there again, but next time, i will use my voice if I have to. The bar drinks and food were good so there is no blame or complaints on that. It is a good hotel and I am hopeful that management will read and try to prevent this in the future.

Muy buena

Stellar job of a hotel. Had a couple issues as I had back to back reservations and the keys stopped working between reservations. But that was resolved quickly. The food of the hotel restaurant was very good. They are just very understaffed and cannot handle the large amount of diners after a convention meeting. But other than those 2 things... Great stay.

A great place in a lovely little town.

Good location--not too far from Sequoia National Park. Comfortable beds to come back to after a day of hiking!

Great stay, rooms are clean and modern.

The staff were amazing! The facilities were great, comfortable bed.

Everything was great. Easy and clean. The only problem no had during my stay is that we were not able to connect to wifi the entire time which was a little frustrating but we weren’t in our room all that much and could use cell service for the most part.
