We had a very nice, mid-September post-season stay. The hotel and the local area were fairly quiet, even on Saturday morning. Room was nice, however I will say the property is quite expensive. It was not near capacity so the rate felt excessive. For the price, everything should be working and maintained just a little better - only 1 of 2 TVs turned on, the Chromecast would not work/spotty wifi, and the balcony door was very difficult to lock, clearly needing to be repaired. We called about the door, but it wasn't repaired, we just learned how to jiggle the handle to eventually get it into a locking position. You are paying for a beautiful view and convenience, but I have stayed at high-end luxury resorts in the Carribbean for less. It is the Jersey shore after all, even if it is a little elevated for the area. But if you go, you will likely have a great time.

Luxury hotel. Superb rooms!

We loved the Wave, we wished it had a kids play area. We were told it was no longer available although it shows it’s available online. Everything else was great, staff, food, drinks at the Bar. Super accessible to the beach, no issues getting in and out; staff had beach chairs and umbrellas ready at 8:45am! Overall we recommend it 100%!

Way overpriced for what you get our room was very small and narrow. The restaurant didn’t open till 10 o’clock at night just extremely disappointed after spending $800 a night never again nor what I recommend it

Great view from this property. Long Branch is very nice! Parking was outrageous. Lots of conveniences. I parked in the residential area to save the $55 a day valet charge or $30 self parking

Clean property

Staying here with the family is a must every summer. Has been for the last 6 years. First rate in every respect.

This property was centrally located, clean and nice.

A family, friendly location with lots of choices in restaurants and activities. The hotel itself is very expensive and the restaurants around the area are very expensive but overall it’s beautiful clean and we had a great weekend.

We stayed in room 413 which they knew was a problem with the bathroom. If you take a shower, it doesn’t go down the drain it floods the entire bathroom. I was standing in ankle deep water when I came out. I complained to the desk they already knew this was a problem room and still gave it to me. I stayed there for two days. I was very unhappy that I had to get out mop up the bathroom floor so I could get to the hairdryer leave the bathroom to dry my hair outside. I had to use every towel in the place to mop the floor up. I saw the general manager the next day. She told me they were gonna call an engineer to see what could be done and she’s lying because that hotel was built in 2019 and they know that room is a problem and still have not taken care of it. I came down there because I am under cancer treatments and didn’t need any stress in my life and I had it every time I took a shower. I did see the manager before I left. She gave me compensation on my resort fee, but I can guarantee you the room is not fixed since they haven’t fixed it since 2019 and will not fix it and anytime soon. Be prepared to have a flood in your bathroom every time you take a shower. Also had trouble getting into the room. The door would not open. Had to go downstairs three times finally got into the room could not get out of the room. They had to call a young man to come and get me out. The phone in the room did not work. Love the hotel, but they really are not keeping up with it and it is not cheap

multiple restaurants in walking distance

Unfortunately, my stay coincided with a storm so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach. However, for a luxury hotel, it did not feel very luxurious. There were cracked tiles in the lobby, parking was $55 and there was even tax on top of that - that was a ridiculous fee on top of an already expensive stay. The website implies a large gym but it was a very small gym with a very limited number of machines. The staff was courteous but I didn’t feel like anyone went out of their way. I asked for water and was told it would be brought to my room and it never came. Overall, the experience was fine but for the price of this hotel, I expected much more than ‘fine’.

The hotel is a great location and the rooms are excellent and clean. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean, stunning. The service was mediocre and we had to take the luggage to our rooms ourselves. They didn’t have a breakfast on premises other than bagels, which seems silly to me. They recommend a breakfast place that took over and hour wait. Sometimes there was no one at the front desk. Housekeeping was nice but unprofessional. There was no do not disturb signs in the room and housekeeping knocked loudly at 9am. We asked them to come later. After 2 reminders directly with the staff, someone came at 4:15. Small things overall but I expected better. I’d probably stay at a more full service hotel next time.

Rooms are cramped. Service by summer hires - okay. Could be more professional

Place was very nice and modern however so many fees , resort fees incidental fees, just be prepared. The hotel was expensive 700 per night then so many fees on top.

The room was beautiful, the anesthetics of thevhotel was modern and chic. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

The staff's welcoming and courteous demeanor is highly commendable. Furthermore, the flexibility offered during check-in was greatly appreciated.
