Lights outside bedroom of our room too bright need darker window covers

This will be our place to stay when we go to Branson! Views were beautiful! Easy access to the lake! The staff was super friendly! The villa was clean and in perfect condition!

Pleasantly surprised! We had a great view of the lake from our room and the pool was nice. Like other reviewers stated, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. We liked how it was tucked away from Branson! We would stay here again!

First of all, we were booking the deluxe villa according to Expedia online. When we got there, we just got a small basic villa with no view. The resort was booked up so they said they could add us to a list for an upgrade if it became available.

We enjoyed our stay at westgate lakes. The one bedroom where we stayed was in good condition. Our only complaint was that the floor in our rooms were not clean.

A+. Quiet and great location.

We had 2 rooms for us & for our daughters. They didn't have rooms on the same floor, no problem. When we entered the room there were deodorants, chargers, papers, etc. I yelled hello, no answer, we left the room. We told the front desk that there were people in our room, she had to go to the back room to talk to a manger several times & insisted that no one was in our room. We asked to have the manager come out instead of waiting for the girl to relay answers. When the manager came out she insisted it was the cleaning crew. We told her about the items & she said security was on their way to retrieve the items left by the cleaning crew, & that they give them welcome packets w/deodorant on their first day. She said everything would be gone, they didn't have any other rooms & we should go back and stay there. We expressed concern that it wasn't clean based on what we could see but since we were going to a concert in less than an hour we didn't have options. We went back to the room, there was no security, we walked all the way into the room. There were personal items, back packs, travel brochures, etc. I called the front desk & asked for security & the manager to come to the room. The man on the phone told me that if I would just stop talking, he would explain it to me. There was a computer glitch & we were in someone else's room. They never apologized, sent anyone or tried to help. They did give us a key to a new room right next to our daughters.

The condo was amazing. Clean, spacious, very comfortable, amazing view. We would stay here again!

I booked 2 nights and 2 rooms with Westgate Branson Lakes resort. I booked them separately (booked one night and then a few days later added a second night). Instead of allowing us to stay in the rooms we were in the first night, the facility told us we had to move rooms. This trip was for 5 women, so you can imagine we had quite a bit of “stuff”. Once we loaded all of our belongings and got into the “new” room, it was identical. Nothing different at all. We were never given a good reason for needing to move. It just seemed useless and the staff didn’t seem to care about our inconvenience at all. Staff was very dismissive.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly young woman and she was very helpful during check in. We entered our rooms and they smelled fresh and clean. It was very nice and comforting. The rooms themselves-while not lake view-were clean, comfortable, modern, and inviting. The next morning we woke and went to one of the many activities offered-tie dye-and encountered a very friendly staff member who was a great person to visit with. Every staff interaction was friendly, thoughtful, courteous, and professional. The staff is great. The rooms are great. Amazing place to stay.

This place was very beautiful. We loved the mini golf and swimming pool.

Definitely farther from Branson than expected but it was a nice resort, lots of activities and things to do. Definitely worth it…

Good Place

We rented a one bedroom on the 2nd floor, but we were given the front section overlooking the parking lot. The "lock offs" were noisy and the unit was dark. It was fine for the money and we were only spending one night, but probably would not return. The check in staff was wonderful but the unit was just dark unless we wanted everyone walking by to look in on us.

This was a very pretty property. Everything was clean and new. Only one problem was the lights were annoying coming in the sides of the curtains. Very good other than that

At time at booking several rooms were offered, some just like your typical hotel room, mini fridge, others with kitchenettes, full bathroom, king bed and sleeper sofa. We decided with the latest and believe there was only one other room higher rated and priced. You would expect, in the mountains on the lake the views would be amazing. Unfortunately our room was a “dungeon” looking at a concrete wall on the first floor (elevator brings you down) very disappointing such was never mentioned!!!

Property area was beautiful ans clean.

Walls are very thin. Could hear everything at night.

The bed was super comfortable. We booked a king bed room with a kitchen. It’s like a one bed room apartment. We enjoyed the hot tub so much. Definitely would recommend for friends and family if they choose to visit Branson

It was more than what i was expecting!
