Great place to stay

The property was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the bathroom didn’t match online photos and was dirty and completely different shower and sink it made it difficult to get ready in there for our night out.

Great and enjoyable place.

Food in the restaurant is good. Mattresses in our room 633 were very comfortable. However, the boxsprings were dirty, had noisy, broken springs and torn up fabric.

The stay was comfortable and staff was friendly. The amenities I chose this hotel for was not working. I also was told upon check in that I would receive a text to be able to communicate any comments or concerns and I never received that text.

This is a wonderful place to visit,people super friendly and polite! The atmosphere is superb

Staff overwhelmed by 2 weddings on site. Lots of people complaining…felt badly for staff. Property is tired..uneven patio stones in driveway, holes in walls, dents in furniture. Don’t be fooled by the photos!

Great place

The beds were comfy and the rooms were acceptable. The pool needed maintenance. There was no water or other beverage service at the pool until after 4pm. Then you had to bring it down from the bar. The only coffee in the lobby was Starbucks and it was not free and only until 9 or 10am. There was very little staff that spoke English.

10 & above!!! The front desk staff , management, dinner & breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel, spa,& resort for you & your family!!

Nice hotel. Obviously a bit old (could use a bit of a facelift), but everything about it was pleasant. Very nice courtyard and view behind the hotel (nice place to relax after a long day). Didn't golf, use the spa, or the restaurant, but what I did see of them seemed nice. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The first room I was assigned had an awful, overwhelming smell — truly unbearable. I requested to switch rooms, and while the front desk was accommodating, the second room wasn’t much better. The in-room AC unit was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep or even relax. There was no housekeeping service throughout my stay. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels, and when I asked about used towels and trash, I was told to push everything into the closet. No trash bags were provided — an unsanitary and makeshift solution at best. On top of all that, the overall feel of the property is quite run-down. From the worn-out furnishings to the lack of basic service, it’s clear that upkeep and guest experience are not priorities here. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.

Only issue was closed pool tho credit was given for resort fee.

The property was very nice the lobby was very nice they were short staff they would not clean rooms we ran out of towels soap toilet paper and tissues and we had to go request them

Lots of amenities. Beautiful setting. Bed was jiggley. If your partner is a restless sleeper go with two bed option.

The pool was very dirty, broken flooring, cracked tiles, bugs and dirty floating all over the pool. Needs a lot of work. Staff were crossing the pool area with catering equipment to get to a wedding. The carts were very loud and breaking the rock floor. Rooms are outdated and needs repairs including the toilet paper holder. I would not recommend staying at this location for the price.

There was a huge bug in my room! Brunch was great! Staff very friendly.

There were bugs and insects in the room. I spoke for a room change but they were all full and offered to come kill the bugs which I wasn’t comfortable with. Old rooms and I couldn’t sleep thinking about all the possible bugs/insects on ceiling/near light

Very clean, friendly service, and quiet nights of sleep.
