WoodSpring Suites Doral Miami Airport

房间没有人员打扫，楼道，房间都有一股异味，而且早上隔壁做早餐触发了火警报警一直响，前台没人处理，我六点醒了只能到车上睡觉。但房间还算是整洁的。

Felt like home away from home

They had no pool nothing fun to do very boring and they don’t Do housekeeping everyday they do I biweekly and if u need towels u have to bring them down to get clean one insane

Is was good

I didn’t like stinginess with things like towels and extra pillows with it being an extended stay and I was there for 10 days . I also didn’t appreciate that someone had to have kept my ring after claiming to only find one when they were together.

Amazing hotel! we stayed for one night and we are for sure coming back.

This property only have a 4 star because the "gym" was not available. My access card refused to work.

Was ok but doesn’t feel pleasant.

What I loved in this stat was the coffee. Great choice in the coffee maker chosen. And a great way to start my morning.

I honestly did like anything about it when i got there. It felt secluded and out of the way when i pulled up to it. The area was not very inviting and not much eating places was within walkjng distance. Upon checking in, the customer service was not very invitng to me. When i got to my room there was a smell like dead fish in my room and i ask for it to be changed. When i got to the other room it had the same similar scent but for skme reason the lobby did not smell like that. The Lobby had more of an inviting smell. It was too late for me to check back out the hotel, so i ended up staying the night and checked out the next morning. I was to stay 3 nights but i only stayed one night. I am hoping that my refund will be sent back to my credit card because this is now 4 days after and i have not gotten an email relating to me checking out or my refund.

Place was clean d workers was helpful and had no problem with any thing at all I rate it a five and would be visiting soon again thanks much and keep up d good work

The hotel was okay. However, the overnight staff and the weekend staff were very rude. I wont be staying at this place again. However, everything else is okay. My biggest complain is about the staff.

Es incómodo en cuestión de camas son full aparte no hacen limpieza de cuarto tienes que encargarte de todo tú no barren ni nada las del counter bastante malhumoradas

Didn’t like was not a ice maker machine .

gym had equipment not working, washer/ dryer facilities stopped working then required an app....mattress toppers were stained with what looked like body fluid ( both beds both sides)
