Like the property just not the lighting in the rooms. Too sterile and white… needs to be a little warmer for settling in at night. The recessed lights should a least be dimming.

Couldn’t check in at three o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned up. It was ready at almost 3:30, and there was no apology. The atrium was noisy until night. The 24-hour shuttle bus is convenient.

Not worth the price. Food is terrible. Rooms are average (not worth the cost). Shuttle service is to/from DFW ONLY- no other locations. Should have stayed at the hotel next door, would’ve had better food and better service for the same price

Eh. Like a 6 out of 10. I wouldn’t stay there again. It wasn’t TERRIBLE but it definitely wasn’t some fantastic stay. The room had a weird like old wet towels that have been left out smell. It was like clean but still felt dirty. The pools were not appealing. The breakfast wasn’t bad, probably the best thing. The shower was nice too. If they just like modernized it I think they would be fine, but it just isn’t there yet.

I was doing a birthday website launch event and I was in communication with the staffing and management ahead of time before I booked. They told me everything will be OK once I finally booked and checked in. I was having issues with uncertainty of being able to do my event and then staff and management were giving me the runaround about simply giving me wristbands for the pool. They require people to have wristbands to enter the pool and they have such a big gigantic issues with providing me a check-in and thought that they were going to make me wait three nights for me to be able to receive any cool band to get in the pool and that was very rude and disrespectful me and I felt like I was being treated as if I were a child or as if I were not a paying person that stayed in the hotel
