Parking listed in the Expedia posting, but was surprised to have to pay $30 a night for parking

Great choice for the price. The hotel and room were clean and living quarters was larger than we thought it would be. Felt safe in this location and at night, there is a security guard that opens the main doors after visualizing your keycard. Walkable to some great restaurants, including Domenica which I highly recommend for an upscale dining experience. The cafe in the lobby was delightful and the couple who runs it was great to chat with. The staff was great with accommodating the early check-in and late check-out for our travel plans and even allowed us to use their luggage room to store our belongings while waiting on our plane home. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was difficult to get into the parking lot. Entrance and exit was one single lane - which was very dangerous in my opinion.

Everything was very clean just a little bit of an older hotel.

The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of local restaurants to choose from for food options.

We paid $55 extra for a late checkout (3pm) but housekeeping walked in on us twice, with no knock first! They just walked right in. We had the chain up thankfully but she just stood there and stared at us. It was very weird. We were in bed and this happened twice about an hour apart from each other. Completely unacceptable

this was the worse stay ever room was very dirty i ask to have it clean they told me they don’t clean room every day and i had to ask for room to be clean 24 hours in advance they keep coming to my room saying a smoke alarm going off and say we was smoking i or myself doesn’t smoke and they charge my card i will like a full refund of my money back to me that was the worse experience i ever had in my life

Three room was very clean, linen fresh and air was very nice and cold.

Hotel was very nice and good location downtown New Orleans. Just a few minute walk to Bourbon Street from the front doors of the hotel. Hotel had parking for a fee bit we didnt use due to our truck being to big for the garage that the hotel offered. We parked in the parking garage across the street and was $25 for the night, and an easy walk to access. The room itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom was also very nice and clean only.downfall was no fan in the bathroom so it got very hot in there after a few minutes in the shower. Hotel did state at the elevators that they had quiet times but that wasnt a thing as there were people making alot of noise unlit around 4am. If you want a quiet place to sleep this probably isnt the place for you due to being so close to all the activities on Bourbon street. The front desk staff were fantastic in getting us in our room and helping us with all the activities around the hotel. Overall a very nice hotel just a bit noisy.

The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner cooled the room perfectly. I couldn’t park my truck in the hotel’s parking garage, but there was a nearby parking area for bigger vehicles. Easy Uber ride to and from the Smoothie King Center.

smelled horrible. charged us two different times. incredibly disappointed.

The staff was okay. Iyona was amazing and so very kind.

No privacy in the rooms, you can everything in hallways

This place is the absolute worst. It's almost like a hidden camera TV show, you think someone is just going to pop out and say "surprise, this is all a joke!" But that never happened. There's no one at the property except for the front desk attendant. Your rooms don't get cleaned. They don't have a manager. There's no security or maintenance staff. There's no name tags on the few people there. No one has a name. Like the guy at the front desk that just watches his phone all day and night. He doesn't even recognize you until you knock on the desk . He's three feet away but won't look up until you knock. That's what you get here.
